Everyday at Sbsa dining hall, or as my friends and I call it affectionately, "the beezer" is a new day, new food, new opportunities (to eat), and new memories. To us the beezer is more than just a simple dining hall, it's a place that offers a much needed oasis away from the shackles of class work or a lonely dorm. I know someday I will tell these memories to my children when they attend Texas A&M, until that day I look forward to continuing to produce such memories at my home away from home.ā¤ļø

Gig ā€˜Em!! Came here on a college visit with my son. I graduated from A&M in ā€˜96, and spent some time in Schumacher Hall. Sbisa has had quite the upgrade since then! Lots of options depending on how you feel for the day. Plenty of seating area. All of the food we sampled was good, although the portions they provided were fairly small. It is all you can eat however, so you can certainly go back and get what you need.

Dining hall is a great place to socialize and meet new people. It has a good atmosphere and big as you can find a place to relax or study. As for food, they offer a great varierty due to ot being a buffet but at times the food could be dry. Overall a great place on campus!

Dear sabisa dining hall, to the fries I’ve shoved down my face, the orange chicken I’ve stabbed and stuffed into my mouth, and the cookies I’ve made more than quick work of, you are more than words can even begin to describe. Your subtle lighting that sets the mood of not full tiredness but also a welcoming warm feel as if you were in the own confines of your very home. It’s a place to escape, to laugh, and to love (very much love). I’ve always said to myself ā€œI will never get fatā€ (ever). But as soon as my skinny and meek body crossed the threshold of those beautiful double doors and my eyes set on the welcoming staff behind the desk, that notion has completely slithered away from me like a black mamba (the fastest snake in the animal kingdom). I will probably be fat at the end of the year, but at this point, to be quite frank, I don’t think I care anymore. Thank you sabisa for turning me into a more than healthy eater and helping me become the man I’ve always strived to be deep down but that I never knew I wanted to become....

I can’t tell you how many people have gotten food poisoning here, but last night my roommate got food poisoning from their chicken which is notoriously ALWAYS undercooked, and that was my last straw. The years I lived on campus and ate there I tried really hard to eat the chicken they served because I needed the protein, but it was always pink or red on the inside. If you can’t properly cook something like meat that can be FULL of harmful bacteria, you shouldn’t serve it. I’m not blaming all of the staff, they work hard. I’m just ticked off that Texas A&M consistently after YEARS of complaints serves their students things that make...

For 13$, this is a pretty damn good price for a buffet. But yea considering students, this might still slightly higher priced. Idk. There's pizza, pasta, make your own rice bowls, subs, fries, chicken tenders, mushroom/beef stroganoff, cereals, bread, and soft drinks, some desert cakes. A lot of students do dine here so you might not get a seat always. I quite liked the food taste, but it isn't anything great either, hence I have heard folks say they didn't like it as much. But this is a student cafeteria, so I think they've done...
