Dunkin' — Restaurant in College Township

I seriously love my Dunkin, and don't have one were I live so when I come to work this is the 1st place I stop! Ima drive thru type of person so of course they got to know me and my boyfriend pretty well, we always laughed and joked. Well one day he misunderstood me cuz he can barely speak or understand English and made the drink i used to drink instead of the one I been getting for the past month or more, and I just so happened to have a free coffee on my app and the coffee was cheaper then the drink I got so he actually made me pay the difference even tho it was his mistake I meen who does that!?!?! Then I asked for xtra mocha, well the 1st one has so much in it I wouldn't even of been able to drink it, and the one I got ....well it pretty much just taste like ground ice smh!!! Then I got a donut, it was on it's side the icing slide off and not a single napkin!!! I feel like that was sayn a big f you!! I been going there for about 6 months or more and I will never go back!! Just a short while ago (6:20PM, August 30, 2020) I ordered two simple beverages through the app, an espresso and a cappuccino. I go in to pick up my drinks, only to find one. The man who was on duty told me I ordered 1 drink, because the espresso was inside the cappuccino. The register receipt was next to the drink and clearly showed two drinks but the man refused to look at the receipt. After a minute of back and forth, the man grudgingly gave me the espresso, pretending that he was giving it to me, as if I hadn't paid for it already. I look at the cappuccino cup and I see that the man had placed both the espresso label and cappuccino label on the same cup. No apologies for the misunderstanding. My wife and I have seen him before and quite frankly, he's awful. I am including photos of the receipt from the app, as well as an image of the cup, with the two labels....

Been to many Dunkins (both across the US and internationally). This isn't the fanciest I've ever been to, but it's consistently one of the best. I stopped here almost every day of my six years in grad school. Owners and staff are fast, accurate, and friendly. I honestly can't remember any time there that I got an order wrong or poorly made.
