Arion Pizza — Restaurant in Collingdale

Yesterday I had the displeasure of ordering from here. Never again. The one star is for the fast delivery and pleasant delivery person. This was a group order for our office staff - we were offsite for a meeting. I ordered a salmon Caesar salad. How bad can you mess that up? Apparently pretty bad! The salmon was over-grilled and a rather small portion I might add, floating on a bed of lettuce. It came with garlic knots which were not so garlicky and the driest I've ever tasted. No buttery coating or pieces of minced garlic. The cheese in it was cut into small flat squares instead of being shaved and was pretty tasteless. The delivery drive had to return because one person's order was omitted. When we called for that we asked for ketchup and salt& pepper. They sent ketchup but told us, rather rudely that they don't have packets of S&P b/c it was too expensive. The S&P might have at least helped the taste of my salad. Wow, restaurant that won't supply its customers with S&P because its too expensive!!?? I gave the delivery person my salad to take back so they could see how it was prepared and keep it because by now I was annoyed and didn't want anything else from them. Vera's didn't did not give the credit back - good it was not my card, they would certainly have given me my money back! Luckily there was yogart and enough snacks available to hold me over the rest of the day. Other staffers also complained but ate some or all of theirs. We'll never use them again. They made out well...

I ordered a chicken Stromboli and bit into a piece of metal in the last piece , I was disgusted. I called the store and told them what happened and they said they would deliver a new one and to give them the old one.I waited over 3 hours it never came when I called the man said it would be there in 10 minutes I waited again never showed. I called again and the manager told me that I had to pick it up which I was never told and he said he would only deliver it if there was a deliver in my area.The problem was handlers very rudely and unprofessionally I never received a refund or anything , I’ve ordered from here many times before but will not be...

HORRIBLE. i purchased a turkey burger and they served up mystery meat. It was like an old school rubber chicken patty on steroids. This isnt an exaggeration. I bit into this burger and it gave way with its rubber texture but i was unable to bite completely through it. Now im sitting here chomped down on this burger and im actually shaking my head back and forth like a vicious dog that latched onto something and is trying to rip it apart.
