China Express — Restaurant in Collingdale

This was a place we ordered from weekly, sometimes twice a week. Recently their food has been the pits. I asked, after a batch of clearly OLD chicken was delivered, if they let it sit out, then dropped it in oil to reheat it. I was told that the chicken is always fresh. THAT WAS A LIE. Tonight, after an hour waiting for this food to come, the chicken was OLD, OILY AND RUBBERY. Are you kidding me?!?!? We pressed the shrimp rolls and the amount of oil that came out was RIDICULOUS!! Prices went up and quality went WAY DOWN. No worries, we are DONE ordering from this establishment.

I ordered in advance. my food was done when I arrived. however they were having a conversation in the back and didn't come to the front. my platter I order was a lunch special $6 she charged me $8 for my food and told me it's taxes 🙄 with is a lie. The food is okay but the delivery driver is very dishonest. I ordered general tso's chicken which is 6.50 with delivery. When he arrived u gave him 20 dollars and fifty cent. He passed me eleven dollars and tried to run to his car & drive off. I went to the car and told him he short changed me he continued to argue me down until I threatened to take my money back. Then he simply passed me a dollar and drove off. Plus when I call the receptionist she seemed to find it amusing. So no I do not recommend...
