African Delight Store — Local services in Collingdale

African delights is the worst. I paid for their products and until now I have not received what I paid for. I paid for priority delivery and yet it's been more than a week and the person answering the phone keeps saying that they will send it to no avail. Now they don't even answer anymore. I have already contacted the authorities and next week, I will fly to PA to go and physically visit the store if I don't receive my shipment this week. Very unscrupulous, shady and irresponsible business. I doubt that the company even exists. Business is not by force! If you are incompetent then don't bother...

Usually buy beef knorr from them, which is already rare to come by in many african stores. Receieved the wrong item twice. I contacted them about it, wondering if I could receive a refund. The process was started (I shipped the items back), but now they have stopped responding my emails to at least give me the correct item in return, and at the most, my money. I enjoy going to the store to check out the West African food. I always leave with some staples and something new to try. Sometimes they have fresh yams which are hard to find. They also have a fun collection of imported, hand-made items. I go there when I need a unique gift. My grandkids love, love, love the little chairs carved...
