Poor service . The mAnGer was very rude and they didn't care about customers . Not to mention they sale purified water .

Reponse to owner : this is the Correct store for sure because at the time I stayed in collingdale & ordered from you frequently . The manager was rude like I said , I ordered orange soda and was delivered orange juice , when the driver came to my house I explained that I didn't ask for orange juice, he basically shoved the juice at me and said what do you want me to do ,what made it worst was that It was late At night and for me to get something else to drink I would had to walk to the store at 12 am. on top of that my pizza wasn't how I wanted it. I called the store and complained to the girl who answered the phone taking orders and she explained what happened to someone & when she got back on the phone she said that the my next order would be compensated because of the rude service & the mix up. The next time I ordered I mentioned this to the store clerk & she said we don't do that here & so I asked to speak to the manger & he got on the phone, I explained everything & his response was the same as the order girl " we don't do that here , we don't comp meals etc, well it's not my fault the driver was rude and that you have people working for you who don't know what they are talking about , and you did send me PURIFIED WATER BEFOFE I CALLED ABOUT THAT TOO! What can I get out of lying about paying 2$ for purified water , I hope I can find the receipt . I will never order from y'all again. You treated me wrong and didn't care that I got the short end of the stick...

The service was nice, staff was friendly. The pizza was horrible. I went with my kids around 7:15. We ordered a large meat lovers and a small cheese fry. The fries were very good nice and crispy, perfect amount of cheese. The pizza was very messy. As I tried to pick a slice up all the toppings slid off. We couldn't even pick up the pizza to eat it. We had to use a fork to eat the cheese and meat off the dough. I suppose we could have asked for a knife and cut the pizza but I was just over it at that point. Additionally the cheese wasn't spread to the crust. It like started in the middle so the edges were just dry sauce. The 2 liter soda was flat. The 20oz soda was more than $3 for a 20oz!! The 2cloter was $4.13. Soda was definitely over priced. Also the menu was too big. It's nice to have a variety byt there is way too much variety. It felt a little overwhelming in my opinion to look at. The booths are not made for plus size folks. It was very uncomfortable to sit in, thole booth pressed my stomach thw whole time. Yes i need to loose weight but who doesn't these days. We will not be returning.I suppose another nice feature was outdoor seating. Also parking isn't bad. The restaurant is situated on a side block that dead ends and it seems to be enough parking for folks that came in to grab their food and go. I have pictures I'll try...

I called and placed an order for dinner to feed me and 6 other members of family some of whom I haven't seen in a while so I wanted every thing to be perfect after calling twice and put on hold I asked for the manager to take my order thinking well at least my order will be correct, boy was I wrong I can't understand what is a person who couldn't understand basic English doing taking orders from customers ?? Not only did he not understand what I was asking for mind u I was reading from the menu that I assumed as a manager of a business he had to put together the menu that I was reading from god I was wrong but even after these hurdles I still was very patient since I figured he must be the most qualified person in the place regardless of him lacking any customer service knowledge and he meant to be rude on the phone or he just is a rude person As for my food I paid 134 dollars to have my order completely messed up he made everything wrong things I didn't even ask for and to top it off over charged my card and when I called to complain and explain issue it was the same person who couldn't understand a single thing I was saying and none of my issues were fixed my food wrong my cc overcharged so I recommend to everyone do ur self and ur sanity a favour and take ur business somewhere else where at the very least they speak to u in the...
