Oasis Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Collingswood

We tried Oasis two years ago and had a bad experience, but I let it go. Since we just moved into the neighborhood and want to support small business, I said, “let’s try it - again!” Ugh, I’m so disappointed in Oasis. They have it in them to be amazing, but food was subpar, service was nonexistent and the timing of food was totally off. The flavor of the food was great, but it was warm, not hot. And our main entrees came out at two different times, literally my food was cold by the time the second entree came out, approximately 15 minutes later. I understand Covid has impacted the service/restaurant biz, but if patrons are willing to make an effort to come back and support restaurants, they need to make an effort too. They need us as much as we need them! Do better Oasis, not just for us but for your business to succeed as well....

Its not an oasis it is a mirage. To be frank this was the worst Mexican restaurant I have been at. I had a a simple chicken quesadilla and some chips and salsa, it was not up to par with anything. Chicken was burnt, cheese and tortilla was off tasting, chips were decent, and the salsa lacked flavor. Just about everything lacked any kind of flavor and was really disappointing.

My coworker had a salad and that was just as bad. Lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced avocado with a few biys of onion on it. We asked ourselves what we actually did to go there. Felt more like a punishment then anything to eat the food.

The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean but that does not make up for the terrible food. I would honestly find another Mexican reataurant to go to rather then here. Spices can certainly go a long way in...

I've been coming here since it opened and had them cater my sister's 40th birthday. But after last week I'm never coming back.

Came into the restaurant and only one other couple was seated. Figured it would be a relaxing dinner, but then the wine glasses came out. There were food particles still crusted on them. Told the server about it and he seemed annoyed to have to get new ones. Then we placed our order, and I thought it was weird that he didn't ask me how I wanted the steak done but after previous interactions figured he just didn't care. Then he brought out the wrong order and proceeded to tell me that what he brought is what I ordered, and never apologized. After that they switched servers. ...
