Hardee’s — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

Just know you are gonna come here and have a terrible experience with rude service. I asked to just take out the sausage in my sausage and egg and add cheese biscuits for the 2 for $5 deal and the lady told me she was unable too. I’m vegetarian, so I sometimes just want a quick breakfast in the morning, plus it’s really the cheapest breakfast sandwich I can get in my area funny enough. I have been here many times, doing this same order, over and over. I wished I kept the many receipts I had for this order. I come in today and for some reason the manager is not allowing special REQUESTS for the mix and match deal(when was removing an item i’m actually paying an issue?) I know this couldn’t have been the first time the manager heard this order but she really got on the mic this time to tell me that I couldn’t do this because it wasn’t allowed??? I said since i’m vegetarian it’s just easier to remove it before like yes I could remove it myself but it wouldn’t be enjoyable to be honest and really defeats everything. I allows have bad experiences at fast food places since I’m vegetarian but this tops it being told I can’t take out the meat even though the egg and sausage are two separate things. MIND BLOW 😳

I even went back to another Hardee’s in the area and guess what I was able to order the same order when she told me it was never allowed?? I added a photo of the receipt for proof it’s the 2$ for 5, this was literally minutes after having this experience at the other Hardee’s. When I got there I told them about the manager and experience I had, she laughed and said “they just didn’t want to deal with you.” I felt that way, it’s more than dumb other place said it was allowed at hardee’s. I will be getting the manager’s name and reporting them, it’s just funny when people think others will just push it off but it’s wrong. Someone else do her job please, so she maybe can be happy….

I won’t be coming back here and I hope that manager gets a new job , a way less...

I honesty didn't want to put any stars down for this location. I work walking distance from this restaurant and I get coffee and food from them at least three times a week. The service is very slow but I understood that by consistently being a patron.

Normally, when I order a soda, I get one refill when lunch time rolls around and I walk back to my job. I have done this at least four times already. The sign on the refill machine says "Refills are for In-Store Purchases Only" So I understood it as long as I bought the drink whilst being inside the store, I could get a refill, so I did, once each time! No one has ever said anything to me before when I have.

Today, I walk from my job for my one refill and as I was refilling my cup, Richard Williams (the employee) yells at me from behind the counter about how I needed to pour my cup out. He was claiming that I was stealing from the company and when I asked about the sign and told him I bought the drink TODAY he still handles the situation with disrespect and said I needed to "wait until the cops get here" while pointing his fingers at me screaming "get out". I asked if he was the manager and he said "no but my manager told me to tell you that and when he pointed to her, she says "No, I didn't". After she says she didn't say it, she turns to me and says that I couldn't get a refill. I made a statement about maybe changing the sign but Richard Williams decided to blurt out "NO! Maybe you need to use common sense!"

The shift manager "Cheyenne" (would not give me her last name) had to escort him out of the area. I will be reporting this and I will spend my money elsewhere.I understand communication can get tangled at times but the way this situation was handled...

The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The young lady who took my order was extremely rude, nasty, and even called me stupid. The cashier at the drive through took me that the chicken tenders would take 8 to 10 minutes, because she had cars in front of me. I said I am willing to wait and she said well ok. When I rode around it was no cars in front of me. The cashier gave me my total and I said do you give a military discount, and she said yes. I showed her my military ID and gave her my money and she said you only gave me a dollar and turn her head and started laughing with her manager. I said it was a mistake and I then gave her $10, and then said why are you so rude. She began to say I not rude and you better leave me alone. When you proceed to say I am not giving you the food, so I said let me talk you the manager and the manager said what happened. I said you just saw everything and she said I know so what. I said just give me money and I will leave. The cashier was yelling and calling me names and said that she would fight me and the manager was just laughing and said what you want to do. I was extremely upset and the manager gave me my money back and I just drove off. The manger stuck up her middle finger at my 10 year old son in the back seat when I was driving off.
