I would give them a negative star if I could. The worst experience at any KFC. I walk up and the closer I get to the door, a customer leaving says itâs a 15 min wait to get your food. This didn't stop me from entering. Upon entering there are several people complaining about the staff and the wait. While waiting to be acknowledged on older lady with a very small child said to the cashier, " I came through the drive thru on Halloween and my order was wrong, I called and spoke to a manager and she told me my name was on a list and to come back for a replacement. The cashier went and got a manager. The manger came out and started asking her so many questions not allowing the older lady to respond before she rudely interrupted her. Then went to the back yelling, "She know, she should of had a receipt, I don't see her name on this list" So loud that the entire lobby heard her. Then she proceeded to go to the customer and explain that if she didn't have a receipt she couldn't get a replacement order. The older lady kindly asked her to come around and speak to her. The manager complied however she slammed the door while heading her way. While she was having this conversation 3 customers who came through the drive thru all complained about their order being incorrect. Keep in mind the people in the lobby were still waiting on their food and I have yet to be helped. Finally I ask for a Tennessee hot and spicy. I received my 1.99 purchased.    Read moreThe cashier didn't seem knowledgeable about the coupon order. I placed a breast and wing order with a coupon. There seemed to be an issue with ringing up the order. I drove around and they were having register issues. Then, everything appeared to be fixed. Well, okay.
So, I replaced my order at the window. I gave them the coupon. Even though the coupon clearly says breast and wing, they asked how pieces of chicken. Apparently, the coupon didn't clear the register initially because someone (I believe the manager) assumed the coupon is expired. Uh, no, the expiration is not until April 22nd.
So, the cashier rings up the order. The total she quoted me initially seemed right. So, I paid it expecting to receive my change that I already calculated in my head.
Then, I get the receipt showing the so-called adjustment that she made to give me a discount. The change she gave me was short 35 to 40 cents. They rung it up as a different order then gave me a deduction that did not equal the $4.99 coupon.
The cashier wanted me to pull off as she didn't want to hold up the 2 cars behind me. Uh, I'm thinking resolve my issue first.
Then, the manager came to the window and made the correction and told the cashier that I was right. He gave me my refund that I expected.
I got my food but it took a few minutes to get the bill straight.
I been here a few times without an issue. I'm going to assume that it was a bad shift moment.
Be sure you know your math and what the coupon entitles you to have.

Just Rude; young black male at the window for on-line pickup, No Hello, May I help You, or Thank You but sholving food at you through the window then slamming it closed. This young man has zero customer service skills and thinks he is doing us a favor. My wife said thank you, hello, and all the kind things normal humans say; he did not utter a single response except, let me see your order on the phone. He looked at the order on the phone with her holding it; he then walked away, returned with the order, opened the window, shoved it at her, and slid the window closed, not saying a thing. We both looked at each other and said, this is how customer service is not done, and we will not be returning to this store anytime soon, back to Iron Bridge KFC.
