Bottom Line up Front: This is about the efficient and accurate service a Cook named Savannah provided tonight.
The food is just as good as it always is. But, tonight (2/6/24), Savannah was the only employee in a restaurant packed with people. The only empty chairs were two bar seats and a booth in the back. The bar chairs filled quickly with folks waiting on to-go orders. Savannah efficiently waited tables and strategically cooked meals all while taking new orders. She did not mess up a single order. With impeccable customer service skills, she knew her audience and really worked the room. Bantering playfully with some guests, while getting right to the point with others. She kept the mood light, even though she was working furiously behind the counter. Without skipping a beat at checkout, she knew exactly what each table ordered from memory and knew the bill total before punching it into the cash register.

Read moreNormally i have a great experience here use to be by far my favorite Waffle House that’s Only reason i didn’t give just one star. This morning as usual i ordered 2 all stars to go. I heard the young lady who took my order call it back with hesitation but she said everything correctly. When i received my order surprisingly quick. But thought nothing of it. Took my order home and noticed no well done bacon on my tray that i ordered. Had my wife call as i made my way back to the restaurant. They said they would redo it. Walked in with the old food and they handed me a tray of bacon. Unfortunately my other food is cold now. So i politely asked for a remake of my original order. They said okay. When i received my new order they gave me the same bacon from when i came back in. Which was not well done. So at this point i am upset. But instead of making a scene i take my food and write this post. The quality of service has gone down tremendously. I am very disappointed in today’s transactions. Reconsidering going somewhere else for weekend...
Read morei placed an order tonight after having a really bad day. decided to go with the texas breakfast melt. i was going to get a waffle but i decided not too spend the extra money on it. i received a call from one of the employees asking if i wanted cheese on my sandwich because it didn’t say on my online order. i was taken back by the fact that they cared enough to go out of their way to call to ask! i’m sorry i don’t remember the name of the girl i spoke to but i thanked her and told her how much i appreciated that, she was very sweet. when i got home after picking up my order, i noticed there was a waffle in my bag. i’m not sure if it was an accident or on purpose but thank you. after having a tough day, her awesome customer service and kind gesture (if the waffle was on purpose) was exactly what i needed. good customer service is hard to come by so i want to give her the recognition she deserves. i’ll be visiting...
