Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

I went to this one actually sitting here now. I called six times to order before I arrived to 5 employees standing around 2 was conversating 1 was sitting in the corner on the his sell phone and one was at back door doing idk what, then the young lady great customer, but couldn't answer why Noone was answering the phone . But she did apologize and continue to help with order, I figure she was new because she ask the guy that was conversating about a unworkable subject on how to key in my trio. . There also was one other customer that seemed to be a bit frustrated about a situation with his order. I really think it was very rude and come to find out it was a shift manager whom the young lady addressed the item about. . That situation was very unpleasant for to try to forehand place a order to arrive to still have to place it after six unanswered calls and to enter building to see that those other four was not doing there job . And not handling customers phone calls to add business to the company establishment. Hard days work ,and trying to enjoy the taste of little Ceasars out of the many I have visited I have never experienced this type of service and inconvenience. March 12th....So I go into this Little Caesars to get an extra cheese pizza which I do get... and I probably waited about 20 25 minutes just for someone to say can I take your order there were nine employees and here and I only one guy that I thought was making pizza so he had a good excuse not to come to the front. There was one person taking the pizzas out of the oven she had a good reason not to come to the front and say can I help you now the other people in between I'm not really sure what they were doing probably nothing exactly. Everybody looked at me while walking. One big black guy he was talking to people that well at least the one girl that was working I think he was talking to the white girl with the glasses in the brown hair whom she was talking with that guy who by the way Jack'd two big packages of pepperoni. Anyway she thought that she could make it up to me with free breadsticks I don't want no free breadsticks I want better customer service she didn't came to me and said have you been helps ma'am. You know damn well I have not been help you looked right at me when I came through the door nobody was up there SO to ease my mind she felt like free breadsticks was a good thing.... no it is not better customer service is...

I've tried to call on numerous occasions to place an order over the phone & no one ever answers so it would go to a dial tone. I decided to go by there today & place an order in person but was greeted with a long line, no one at the cash register until about 5 minutes in. By the time it was my turn to order the cashier was nonchalant, barely made eye contact & asked me to speak up in a rude manner. The vibe was way off. I had to ask how long will it take for my order & he said 25 minutes with an attitude. I waited in my vehicle, came back inside after 25 minutes & people who had already ordered were still waiting. I asked if my order was ready & he ignored me 2 times as if he didn't hear or see me. I literally had to raise my voice & he rushed to the back to get my pizza them slid it across the counter instead of handing it to me & I still had manners even thanking them.
