My family and I have been to BJs no less than 100 times over the years… but you know what they say… it only takes 1 time to ruin it.
I’m highly disappointed! I have been coming to this mom and Pop ice cream shop since I was preschool as far back as I can remember. I frequent this place often even throughout the winter because I’m addicted to strawberry shakes and they have one of the best in town. Today I went through drive-through three of us adults in the vehicle ordered all of us food, and the dog a plain burger Had to wait like always because it is a mom and Pop shop for food and they forgot a fry. I went to the front to let the girl and it was the same girl that took my order initially and she blamed me as if I did not order it but even the other two adults, remember me ordering it, but not only that I was gonna let it go, but I got home and noticed that she completely forgot my bottled water as well. The chocolate malt was my favorite part of the meal—extra creamy, rich, and comforting. There’s no inside dining, just some benches and tables outside, or your car. It can be quite noisy outside with N Union traffic blasting by. My one complaint is that there’s tons of menus on the building, but none of them detail what’s on the burgers until you get to the window to order. Then there’s a sheet with pictures and tiny font explaining what comes on each burger. Overall, the food here is great. Even if you’re not into burgers, they have a lot of other options to choose from. If you’re craving something simple, satisfying, and nostalgic, this burger joint is the...
