I went in yesterday (Thursday, April 27th, 2023) with my family to Coffee and Tea Zone at Voyager Pkwy for a cup of coffee. I must say that I looked online to see how the place looks, checked the prices and the menu behorehand. We went in the coffee shop and it looks a bit messy on the back with a lots of unpacking boxes, but that did not bother me personally. It has a unlit chimney, but cool enough. Unfortunately, i must say (including my family) did not like their coffee. It taste more like milk and barely have the coffee taste in it, although, I asked for a 2nd espresso shot in the smallest cup they have! I don't think the Asian lady poured over the extra expresso shot I asked for. I asked for a Caramel Macchiato, the Pumpkin coffee and a Cappuccino. We all asked for the extra expresso shots and were charged for it. We ended up paying a whooping of $17.00 for something that barely had coffee in it and way to expensive, I should say more than Starbucks. The pricing in the menu was not up-to-date, so it is worth mentioning. By experience, I had coffee in hispanic places even from Spain and Italy, and by comparison they don't know how to make good coffee. If you want to find great Coffee Shops, I will personally recommend Kairos Coffee House (near to Garden Of the Gods), Wayfinder Coffee Co (Templeton Gap st), Javalato Gelato & Cafe (Prominent Point at Briargate), The Wild Goose Meeting House ( Tejon Street downtown Co Sprgs), The Exhange (on Tejon St), Story House (Tiny house in downtown Co Sprgs) and even Black Rock Coffee Bar in (Castle Rock) for those who are interested in...
Read moreIf I read the reviews before going there, I probably wouldn’t give this place a try, but we popped up on a whim after seeing people with cute looking drinks coming out our way. For someone who’s never been there before, we found it hard to understand how to order boba tea because their boards are full of information which is not well structured. We had to ask the barista to clarify this for us to ensure we understood the prompts correctly. They weren’t super helpful with the options but at least we were able to decide what we can go with. We both ended up with cold coffees and traditional boba in them. Coffee was good except for I would have put less milk in it; we only asked for a tiny drop but our drinks were almost white. Boba was practically tasteless. It was a decent mix but if boba tasted a bit stronger, it would have been way nicer. In general, I would have tried the place again, for other options. They seem to have a decent selection...
Read moreThis place is awesome!!! The coffee is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. This is one of the only coffee places that’s in walking distance from my home that is open on Sunday’s, and would definitely rather come here than Starbucks! And they have the machine that air locks the coffee so you don’t have to worry another spills if you’re commuting, and it helps it gets mixed up really well. It’s also just fun to stab through it with the straw 😂 will definitely continue to visit this place! (Update: I was at this place again this past Sunday and ordered a coffee, that promptly slipped from my hand outside the shop and splattered everywhere. The associate working was AMAZING and took care of me immediately with another coffee, no charge. SUPER impressed with the customer service...
