6/26/24 10:40am A very unfortunate visit The final straw happened when I went to dump the rest of my ladies sweet tea into mine so that I could take it with me as she didn't want it. And I found nats in her cup and seen more floating in my cup. At this point I feel I deserve a full refund. But let's go ahead and go into all the details. Slow service for sub par food. I primarily blame the manager who refused to come out and help the two ladies working . The manager doesn't deserve to hold her title anymore. The girl at the front counter was amazing and doing her best running the front, drive thru and helping the other lady make food. But unfortunately she can't do it alone and it's ridiculous the manager didn't step up to help the team. No ketchup to be found anywhere. I know what you're thinking why on earth do I need ketchup. Because they give French fries with your meal and we have always received ketchup with them . Instead we received a huge handful of hot sauces. Horrible placement of sour cream and guac. On the grilled ckn quesadilla Taco. Check Pic and video. The birria tacos were soggy and the worst Ive ever had. Cilantro horrible rough chopped with huge chunks of stem. In a glob on one end hardly any meat in the taco. The best part was the sauce you dip them in and that wasn't very good . I'd be ashamed of putting out food like this. Fries were very inconsistent. Some were crunchy some were under cooked . But this whole establishment seems to lack proper leadership.
If this was my first visit to this establishment I'd never go back. However this is the first time I've had serious complaints about this establishment. I came here two or three times last year and no major problems. At this point I will not be extending my 360° photography to this establishment. Read moreI worked for Del taco as my first long-term job as a teenager back in the 90s. I always love the food I remember starving so hard to provide quality service as did the rest of the team that I worked with. Fast-forward to present day and I do not live anywhere near Del taco so when I’m traveling and I find one I’m always so excited. I was staying in a hotel only a couple miles away for an event this past weekend so we visited Del taco three times our first experience. We ordered an almost 9 dollar burrito got back to our hotel and it wasn’t in the bag we drove back for my child to get his burrito and had to sit in the drive-through line for 45 minutes as lobby was closed Eventually I was greeted by a very frantic guy at the drive-through window, but only been working two days and who could not refund my money for the burrito as at this point my son no longer wanted it and just wanted to go to bed because it was late. The gentleman at the window was very frazzled he couldn’t refund my money or give me a gift card as there is no manager on duty and the only other person back there didn’t know how to do any of it either. My trip to Del taco the next day we received cold fries that were disgusting and I had to double check my order and then asked for the items that were missing Third trip to Del taco Sunday, 21 April the food was fine. However once again, we had to go back in and ask for missing food. Highly disappointed in my experience, overall hurts my heart as I have such fond memories from when I used to work at Del taco and we all took pride in what we did from the teens to the older adults 🫤
Let me also add while I’m sitting here writing this review in the restaurant, someone else goes back to the counter with their food that was made wrong 🤦🏼♀️

Read moreI previously reviewed this Del Taco location when it was (deservedly) failing, leading to its temporary closure. Against all hope, they have reopened, and I can confirm that the operation is somehow even worse than before. It seems the closure was a cosmetic reset, not a genuine one.
The fundamental problems that plagued this store remain absolutely untouched. The wait time was still 30 minutes plus for a simple order—a completely unacceptable duration for fast food. The general staff attitude continues to be hostile and unhelpful.
The most shocking element, however, was the management presence. The manager (easily identifiable by their green and black hair) was operating the counter while cursing loudly and dramatically whining about having to do their job in front of a line of customers. And arguing with their chef. This is not just unprofessional; it’s an atrocious display of leadership and completely destroys any semblance of a decent environment.
To top it all off, the interior decor is already visibly falling apart.
It is truly staggering that this location closed, supposedly to fix major issues, only to reopen and present an even more chaotic and poorly managed experience. Save yourself the time and frustration; avoid this location until a complete management...
