Wingstop — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

had a very disappointing and honestly disgusting experience at this Wingstop location. I watched an employee touching my fries and other food with bare hands, and when I politely said something, a manager told me they aren’t required to wear gloves. That alone is enough to make me lose my appetite.

To make things worse, the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I bit into a wing and realized it was still undercooked inside. Between unsafe food handling and raw meat, this was a serious health risk.

After seeing it happen, I checked the reviews—and sure enough, other people have left similar complaints about employees not wearing gloves. So this isn’t a one-time thing; it seems like an ongoing issue they’re choosing to ignore.

This location clearly doesn’t care about food safety or customer health. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest Wingstop corporate take a hard look at how this store...

Wingstop is back on the menu! After years of increasingly poor food and service at the Woodmen and Academy location, I quit getting Wingstop for over a year. I am beyond disappointed and frankly disgusted. I watched the staff prepare food with bare hands—no gloves, no hand washing, nothing. In 2025, this is unacceptable. Basic hygiene is NOT optional, especially in a restaurant.

If they’re this careless in front of customers, I can’t imagine what happens in the kitchen. I lost my appetite just watching them. Never coming back and definitely not recommending this place to anyone. Eat here at...
