Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I come to this specific dominos franchise every Friday night, and I’ve always been satisfied with the excellent service and quality of my pizza. I recently ordered from here a few days ago on the mobile app, and the process was very simple. I used a deal to get a large one topping pizza for 7.99, and ended up paying 8.65$ for the pizza total. The app was very accurate to when the pizza was being prepared, as when I walked in, the employee was already boxing it up. The service always tends to be decent as this location, employees always do their jobs professionally and immediately assist customers. As far as the food itself, I ordered a Large half cheese half pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. It tasted warm, and all the ingredients tasted high quality, you could definitely taste the richness of the sauce, and the seasoning on the crust. Great friendly service! Pizza was exactly how I asked for it and arrived HOT! Will continue to use this location! All other negative reviews are being over dramatic. This is a brand new store, of course there will be kinks to work out as with ANY new business. It will only get better over time with constructive criticism, not harsh reviews telling you not to try them.

Wanted to add another positive review but I can only add to my existing one from 2 years ago. I just ordered again and got 2 medium pizzas. One had black olives which I did not order so I called the store and they sent out the correct pizza asap and even offered me a free dessert. After declining the dessert they insisted since they made a mistake so I got the cookie brownie. Amazing customer service. Best Domino's I have had the pleasure of doing business with!! So my girlfriend and I picked up dominos on the south side of town for some family members. Looked great and smelled great so on our way home we decided to order some knowing our drive was 20minutes and it would be ready when we got there. When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have an order under our name. Then realized as they put it, “it’s on the screen but no one put it through.” So we had to order all over again and wait another 15 minutes. This all would still be alright still but when we got home and started eating the middle of our pizza was not even close to being cooked all the way through. The middle fell right off as it was just un-cooked dough! If you’re going to mess up the order at least make sure the second time around it’s made the right way. Very very disappointed. Would not recommend this dominos location to anyone after the experience...
