I have to say I am upset. I am a Vegan that has been excited that Papa Murphy's actually has vegan cheese as an option. I recently contacted both the store and an associate through chat about the $6.99 Medium Any Pizza Deals and the $10 Tuesday Large Any Pizza. I have attached photos of the ads for clarification. Apparently, you cannot get the dairy free cheese with these promotions even though it says no where on the ad that it is excluded and says "ANY PIZZA". I showed the ads to the associated and they said they would forward the information. As a Vegan trying to do the right thing I am tired of being punished for making ethical choices. They offered me a five dollar coupon when all I asked is to be treated the same as everyone else. Why do I have to pay more for doing the right thing? The Vegan cheese may cost a few pennies more however, they would make so much more money being fair to an entire community and would get way more business. Unless this gets fixed I refuse to go here just to pay more for my ethical choices. This is absurd they would not even honor what they said in their ads. This is beyond false advertisement....
Read moreI order pizza here at least twice a month and have never had a bad experience until today. I placed an order online and put no olives for one of the pizzas. It had olives on it, which wasn’t a huge deal. I politely explained and the guy never once said sorry or tried to be friendly. He grabbed the pizza and slammed it down on the counter. He then went to the back to grab another replacement to add toppings to and slammed some stuff in the back. The guy who remade my pizza was very nice and I felt bad for him having to work in that environment. I asked him if the guy who slammed the pizza down was the manager ( I assumed he was because he was wearing a long sleeve black button up black shirt) and he said yes. I told him the manager had an awful attitude and that I was sorry he had to work with someone like that. I work in customer service.. The managers attitude was awful and inexcusable in my opinion. We all have bad days, but that’s a negative environment for customers and...
Read moreBefore Christmas we went to this location for a $10 Tuesday for pizza. I ordered 2 family sized pizzas over an hour ahead of time online. The team (through no fault of their own but poor management) were absolutely swamped. They had tens of people waiting on pizza. Angry people. Who had waited over an hour for their pizza. I requested a refund as I could not wait any longer for my pizza and they were unable to process it due to being an online order. I contacted Papa Murphy's to make it right and got no response. I went to the Papa Murphy's on Circle to pick up a pizza instead (they had an abundance of happy, well managed staff), I ordered and was out in 10 minutes. They could not honor my order at the Circle location due to franchising rules. I will never visit the Austin Bluffs location again. But I hope they will...
