Sasquatch Cookies — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

The employees hide in the back and they seem bothered when a customer comes in. They don't want you to see them or interrupt what they're doing in the back and they certainly don't want you to see what they're doing when they are preparing your cookies. The cookies are ok (no better than most other cookie stores in town)...the customer service is atrocious! I was treated in a rude and condescending manner when I simply asked if they could leave the top cookie off of a cookie sandwich. I was told this cannot be done. I was also told that if they did this for me this would be considered a custom order that required me to also purchase a six-pack of additional cookies. Crazy, I know, but true! Please don't patronize this place. There are too many other good cookie stores in town, which unlike this place, appreciate...

Super bland cookies! Nothing special on how they look or taste! Seems store bought. It all seems microwaved not fresh baked at all! If your going to start a cookie business please be better then store bought cookies. Zero effort. Whoever told you to start a cookie business lied to you. Customer service is bad. You make it sound cookies are in the oven but they aren't. $3.99 a cookie?! Don't call it sasquatch if they aren't even big! Also stop charging an extra .50 cents for plastic. My kids said cookie was only worth .50 cents. Most of these reviews seem fake or paid for. These cookies are nothing special. Bring your cookie game up if your going to charge that much! Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere! This place seems like a scam! They sit on there phones in the back and microwave cookies they bought....

I am not sure if they recently changed their recipes, but the cookies definitely seem different. I used to love the chocolate chip cookies. They were always warm, lightly baked, and soft with melty chocolate. A couple of weeks ago, my husband picked some up, and they were hard and dry with a different flavor; they didn't even look the same. We thought that we must have just gotten a bad batch, so he called to see if we could get them replaced. The staff kindly asked that he come back the next day and they would replace them. Unfortunately, the new ones were just as disappointing. I'm hoping that this was just a fluke. We'll try again in a few weeks and hope that we end up with some delicious soft,...
