Taste of Philly Marksheffel and Dublin — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

THIS IS DUBLIN AND MARKSHEFFEL, AND YOU DO SERVE PRODUCT LIKE THIS!!!!! The last 4 visit I have been very disappointed. The first visit my ranch dressing was left out and there is always a problem with getting a roll on the side. We live an hour away may I ad. The second visit they left out the ranch again so my husband asked for it and he was giving Blue cheese. The third and forth visits they forgot my cheese on the salad along with the ranch dressing on the third visit. I order the same thing everytime nothing special. I want to ban Taste of Philly but my husband enjoys their subs. I'm tired of not getting what I pay for considering the prices. We shouldn't have to open and breakdown our entire order to make sure it's correct before leaving. We never ask for our money back just what we pay for. Nice employees but the lack of accuracy is crazy..... Update due to response from Taste of Philly owner... Based on the confidence of your response you clearly have no idea what goes on in your restaurant. This is a salad box from your store, these are the tomatoes from your store, and these are the onions from your store and that is the "big beef" from your store. And that is my wife's salad with no cheese for the second time. I never said anything about a blue cheese "cup". However you do have a blue cheese packet that looks extremely close to the ranch packet. As for no Ben in the restaurant please check photo of posted receipt from today... I walked in as a family of 5 Hispanic family. The white lady at the front, owners sister, is what she said. No, hello, just a dead stare. I said hello, and she responds "Hi" very uninviting. I absolutely loved the Philly cheese steak! It was incredibly delicious and I can definitely see myself going back for more. The restaurant had a great mix of retro and modern ambiance, which I enjoyed. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of two employees. While I understand that they may have been tired, they should not have served me with a deadpan expression or stared at me as if I had done something wrong. This made me feel uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary. I suggest they receive some training in customer service.
