I wish I could give zero stars... I am not a mean person or even someone who can stick up for myself when I have been treated terribly or given food that was not good or made incorrectly. I normally move along and hope that maybe next time will be better. so im leaving a review instead of going to talk to the manager or owner. I love sonic, its fast, easy and their menu has an abundance of options. as a kid I remember the employees wearing skates and being fast and efficient, now a days, we are left with incompetent children, who dont have proper training. Anyway, the last couple of times I have visited this location wasn't good experiences. im not expecting to be treated like royalty, but I sat in your drive thru waiting to be greeted and I got nothing, for about 15 min. when someone finally said "what can I get you". I ordered 2 grilled cheeses with honey mustard on the side. a very easy order. I waited 2 more minutes until they said "we will have your total at the window". I proceeded to the window, they told me my total but didnt say anything other than that.. I got my food and I was missing my sauce and figured it was fine because I didn't have time to turn back. but as I was eating, my mouth was filling up with mustard... look. I get that people have bad days, but this was inexcusable! I was the only car at this location. I waited patiently to put my order in, I was nice and said please and thank you and I still keep going back thinking maybe yall were having a bad day or something but 3 times after that, I still received terrible service and food! if I am to spend the last 4 dollars I have on me to feed myself or my children, I will definitely not go to this location. or the one in Elizabeth Colorado. the ONLY good service I have gotten from sonic was the sonic located in Parker Colorado. if their is a line in the drive thru they will come out and go from car to car to pay out their bills before they get their food and if the persons food they will bring it out right away. they are fast and efficient and the teens that work their actually do their job like they should be. the amount of times I have gotten cold food, burnt food, food made absolutely wrong from the falcon sonic is ridiculous and im sorry to say I wont be going back. please train your staff better 🙏 also.. Yesterday, I Ordered breakfast for tomorrow - 1 sausage and 1 ham burrito. I asked them to mark them so we could tell them apart. They didn't. They're impossible to pull apart after spending the night in the fridge.
I also ordered a #2 double sonic burger with NO pickles, lite catsup and mayo, NO mustard, extra onions. What did I get? A "2 double sonic, WITH 4 pickles, AND MUSTARD.
WHY? I HAVE NO CLUE!
To make matters worse I hand the cashier my credit card, she runs it, set it aside, and prepares other orders. Meanwhile I'm sitting with my wallet in my hand waiting for my card so I can put it all away and not have to deal with getting a card, getting a drink, and getting two bags of food all at once. So, I rapped on the window and ask her for the card and she has the audacity to tell me WELL I WAIT TIL THE END! Whose agenda are these people on theirs or ours as customers? Who wants to sit there with their wallet or purse out waiting to return their card so they don't lose it and then get their card and their food and everything all at once? Nobody that I know of!
Last but not least, I was not going to say anything about the burger and just chalk it up to fast food incompetence but when I opened the burritos this morning they were not marked and I had to cut one of them open to determine what type of burrito it was. I thought maybe I better call. So I went to the stack receipts from yesterday and guess what my argumentative cashier didn't give me a receipt at all! Enough is enough!
I thought it was over but it got worse. I called the restaurant a few minutes ago to complain to the manager and share this review with them. The kid who answered the phone I could not hear I asked them to speak up. Thier response? They hung up on me and did not answer their phone!
I have been informed this is NOT a corporate store anymore and is a franchise meaning Sonic corp has no control.

Read moreWent to this Sonic on New Car Drive in Colorado Springs. This was about two weeks ago. Woodmen is the cross street. Could not order in the stall, because speaker to order was not working because of the recent snow storm. Could not order in the drive thru because same thing, speaker was down. Had to go thru the drive thru, and up to the window to order with a live person. Everybody before me ordered and waited and then got there food. I get up there, and they say the computers are down for ordering, they have to reboot and it will take 20 minutes, if I wanted to wait. I went to another Sonic across town, whose speakers were working fine, and whose computer to order was working fine. Not sure when I was the 8th to 9th person in line, everybody getting there order, did the computer "suddenly" to down, when I got to the window. It also upset me, that the car before me had a big order, and the workers should have asked the car to pull to one of the stalls, and there big order would be brought out to them. This would have kept the line moving. McDonalds and other places do this. I have had other issues before with this sonic location. I did go to sonic.com to log these complaints, so the franchise owner of this location would see it. They have not gotten back to me. When this happens, Sonic needs to forward this information to a regional president or vice president in charge of the city and surrounding cities the sonic places are in. That person needs to contact the franchise owner and say, "We have received complaints about your specific sonic that you are the franchise owner of, either fix these issues, or we will fire you, and get a new franchise owner, is that understood!
