Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

absolute bad customer service, took my husband to this Starbucks on Woodmen and Marksheffel on veterans day 2024, there was a Manager on duty and a full staff, I ordered my drink and my husbands drink, the manager had to help us because the other workers were busy, she seemed like she was annoyed to serve us which I dismissed as her just being busy, then when we received our drinks, my husband asked her for one of those sleeves for the hot cups as she was cleaning the condiment counter, again she was a bit rude and said can you ask at the counter, so my husband did so, and the young lady at the counter said they are at the counter meaning the condiment counter, my husband said no I checked there arent any, the girl at the register counter seemed like we were bothering her and went somewhere to find the sleeves, she was very young and just was a bit rude matching the managers rudeness, so here is why I am writing this review, this happened last year Veterans day 2023, and I said I would'nt go back to this exact starbucks but I decided to go as I was sure things would get better, but it wasn't, on veterans day 2023 there was one young lady at the register very rude. It just does'nt make sense that starbucks would have a staff that is this rude, I am a person of color and I really hope that isn't the issue as this is 2 years in a row, and trust me when I say this I will never ever give this starbucks another chance, Staff needs extra training on customer service and quite possibly equal...

Jewel (the manager) needs to go back to working at hot topic. She is a little girl playing house.

UPDATE: elijah the weakling assistant confirmed that she's been under investigation for quite sometime now and will remain under observation.

They should burn this place down and start over! DUTCH BROTHERS IS ACROSS THE STREET! Go there!

Instead of saying SORRY we jacked up your drinks, instead I got the passive-aggressive b.s. comment "gee seems like we never can get your drink correct" and "I remember last year when we had to remake it"

Omg I'm a monster for asking to remake my drink.... *TWICE in 2 years An entire $14. starbucks is going bankrupt over it.

I don't need to make them look bad, its the ONLY thing they do naturally.

I think swampwater is more appealing than the drink they made!

I am a regular here in come every day and sometimes twice a day. They have a great team mostly in the mornings. I'm very picky with my drink and it isn't always great which is ok i don't expect it to be perfect every time, however if JC or Connor make my drink I know 100000 percent of the time it will be perfect if not better then perfect. They truly put effort into all that they do and their customer service is top notch. They memorize their regulars names and drinks, always check to make sure they are happy with what they order and are one of the main reasons I like to come back to this location daily. I'm sorry but if I get my drink at another location it's never the same as here. Other staff is amazing as well but these 2 really stand out.
