Came here for a quick breakfast... got a 45 minute wait for the GREASIEST and GROSSEST excuse for a kolache I have ever eaten. We were originally told it would be a 10 minute wait because the kolaches are made fresh. That is worth the wait in my book so we ordered and pulled forward. Fast forward 25 minutes, 4 cars have gotten food and left, 5 got in line waited and bailed out of line before ordering, and we are still sitting. I went to the window and after knocking and waiting close to 3 minutes for someone to finally open the window they asked for the name on my order, no one asked for a name originally. I explained what we had ordered and got a dismissive "Its in the oven". I give it another 5 minutes and go to check and surprise surprise, they are still confused about my order. FINALLY get it explained to a different lady and they tell me they can't even give me the exact order. I sub out one Kolache just hoping to get some kind of food and finally get my food. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY, no sorry for your wait, sorry we don't have the right order, nothing. I got home to share these with my family and ONE ISN'T EVEN COOKED FULLY! How can you have an order for 40 minutes and still manage to under cook kolaches.... We certainly will not be returning here.

I was excited to try this place but with the current climate decided to order through GrubHub. I ordered 2 Belgian waffles, 2 smothered burritos, biscuits and gravy, and 2 orange juices. The driver was very courteous and communicative. He told me they were out of bacon with only enough to make one burrito and asked if breakfast sausage was okay, I said yes, then he texted again to say they were out of biscuits and gravy and gave me options for a replacement. I chose Texas kolache. Then my food gets delivered I open it up. And I have three breakfast burritos smothered, biscuits and gravy, a kolache, orange juice but no waffles. Texted the driver, he said he went over everything item by item with the store, they stated everything was there. Called the store no one answered and I couldn't leave a message there was just a high pitched tone. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I really wanted to like this place. But I want what I order, not what they decide I'm going to get. I hate writing bad reviews. But I feel cheated and lied to and this isn't okay. I don't feel I got my money's worth even though technically it actually prices out the same. I didn't order two of these items and I wanted the waffles. I won't be ordering from here again.

I've been wanting to try this place for some time. Pulled up to the drive through the first pic is the menu. Note the prices are blacked out. I asked if I could see a menu with prices (thought maybe they'd have a paper one or something); I was told they don't have one and would have to ask. The girl serving had to look up each item I asked about. I wanted a breakfast kolache, but they were out. No worries, I'll take a sausage kolache with jalapenos. "We don't have jalapenos here" was the response. They weren't out, they just don't carry them (please see the menu where they are clearly offered). I settled on a ham and cheddar cheese kolache. Took one bite and it was obviously American cheese, not cheddar. When I was on the other side of the unit from the drive thru, I saw they have a menu up with pricing, but the pricing is wrong (second pic). I was told the reason for the no pricing/wrong pricing is that they are degrading to the Kolache Shack. Don't be fooled, people; they're probably just trying to escape their bad reviews. They have a sign in the drive thru window asking people to review them on Google, so here I am. I won't be back.

I ordered from “Breakfast Beauties” on DoorDash which I found is cooked through the Breakfast Shack Colorado Springs kitchen. This was by far the most bizarre and frankly tragic order I’ve ever received in all my years of ordering food for delivery. The food was cold and completely inedible due to containing meat that wasn’t even supposed to be included in the meal (my partner and I are vegetarian and ordered the same thing to avoid any confusion in the kitchen—lol), and they had the audacity to include an itemized receipt along with a completely gross and incorrect order that was totally falsely advertised. Brioche bun substituted with a plain hamburger bun from the store, sliced avocado replaced with half a sauce container of browning mush (for us to share I guess), and “sliced tomato” appearing as a couple slivers of some vague orange vegetable that honestly upon close inspection might be a bell pepper. I’m very surprised considering the food looked amazing on the DoorDash app and the vegetarian option seemed solid, so I’m more shocked than anything that this business thought it could pass off this random food as their...
