Their charge has not nor have they implemented their 30 minutes or less guarantee to compensate any extra Capital spent butt taking a step back, there pizzas usually are on time they're hot they're good the toppings are almost 89% of the time correct and they have created some delicious pizzas with their garlic butter on the crust they have other options besides pizza sauce you can get garlic or white sauce and chicken breast with bacon and a wide selection of cheeses have doubled their overall palette of Pizzas. there online Domino's website is an excellent way to order and they offer a free pizza for every 6 orders you pay and the drivers and staff are usually very friendly . The girl manager is very rude bad bad customer service !! Ordered a pizza and even asked if they can put parm and Alfredo sauce on the pizza they said yes so I ordered it to be mixed. When I received the pizza it was just Alfredo sauce and it’s way to over bearing to eat alone however the box says that it is both. When I called them to speak to the manger she told me they are not aloud to mix sauces and so I ask why they just guessed on which one to put on there instead of calling us back to ask what we would prefer. She was very rude on the phone. The manger then asks me what I would like her to do and I said I would like another pizza and she said we can bring this one back and pick up a new one. I said that it is delivery not able to pick up at the moment and I had delivery she then said she doesn’t know when they can get another one out to me. I would like to say the employee who answered and I first spoke with was a lot nicer and very good with customer service also did not have an attitude while speaking to me but the managers attitude was just horrible and horrible...

These are our "alfredo" bread bowls. We live far out from domino's and have to drive-in to pick it up. When we called Michael the "manager" Was so disrespectful it was not funny. He implied that we were lying as though we could somehow remove the sauce from these noodles, and hung up on us. I'm waiting for a call from another manager but given Michael's demeanor I highly doubt that will happen. The advice that they give our money back but at this point it is late, we are hungry, and we have been treated been treated like garbage by an employee. Look at these noodles and see if you think they ever had any Alfredo on them because Michael assured us that we were incorrect and his manager had made the order. The poor dinner experience was bad but the customer service was absolutely tragic. I hope that Michael does not answer the phones regularly.
