This is literally what you get when you order a Philly cheesesteak. Notice the bread and how empty and bare it is and what little meat you get. This sandwich is ridiculous for $13.50. They said that that is the amount of meat that comes on the sandwich. I would highly recommend not ordering their Philly cheesesteak. I'm literally going to have to put the meat that's on one side of it, on the other side just to make one 6-in sandwich. Incredibly disappointing and I will never eat at TOMMY'S SUB IN MORRISON, COLORADO again. Spoke to the manager William, and he said that that's measured out meat. Well I highly recommend that you guys figure out a new measurement. Comment to owners response to my review: I find it laughable that you think that mushrooms and onions are going to take up all that bread real estate. If you see the owners response to other poor reviews, they are never accountable for their service or their lack of reasonableness. What if someone is allergic to mushrooms. So sad that you just can't say, wow you're right that does not look correct or wow we need to rethink how much meat we put on it, or yeah my employee didn't put the correct amount in it. Any response taking accountability for the ridiculous amount of meat you put on it. Or at least tell the customer that without those 2 ingredients that it's not much of a sandwich. Owner, you really need to read all the bad reviews you have on social media about your sandwich shop and realize that it's not just one person saying these things. It's sad that you don't care enough to realize that things are not always the fault of the customer.

We stopped here for an early lunch at 11AM, and the lunch crowd was just trickling in. We ordered the Cubano and the Philly cheesesteak. The Cuban was a wonderful twist on a traditional Cuban. As a Tampa native, the addition of the spicy pepper spread and the way they cooked the pulled pork were both welcome and delicious. The Philly was well minced and cooked as well, my husband very much enjoyed it. We are excited to come back a dn try the Bahn Mi! The order took around 8 minutes to come out, a quick and easy turn around. And of course you can't forget the gorgeous views while you eat. Staff were all polite and were walking around keeping it clean the entire time we were there. Good vibes, great sandwiches. All in all a great stop for an inexpensive lunch.

Gotta love a one-off sub place. I was shopping at Home Depot and starving. Drove to the nearby circle K center and saw the sign. Googled this place and reviews were good. Came at 4pm, place was empty inside because of the odd hour. Counter person knew the menu and made recommendations. I saw pastrami Ruben on menu and went no further. I skipped the sauerkraut. Sandwich was really good. I would've have preferred no Mayo but my bad for not reading sandwich descrip. Sandwich was made on really great bread. Lightly toasted. Pastrami meat was tasty and not fatty or chewy. This seems like a great place to grab a to go sandwich to take on a hike. I will for sure get back for a cheesesteak next time I'm over this way.

My husband has been coming to this sandwich shop for at least a dozen years. He's always raved about the bread and the quality of the meats and cheeses. I always said that I was going to make a trip over there but never took the time. Well that all changed today. I actually did have some time and he surprised me by taking me there without saying a word. He's been hooked on it, and now I'm hooked on Tommy's. This is an inexpensive place to get really good quality grub. The first most notable point is the genuinely warm and friendly smiles when you come through that front door. It's really like visiting family, with the big upside that you don't have to deal with family! Just honest hard-working friendly people that are very deserving of your business. This is not the place where sandwiches are sitting under a heat lamp hoping that you show up to take them home. All food is made to order exactly as you asked for it. The atmosphere is very comfortable, seating is comfortable indoors or out, music is good, the value is on point, the service is A+ and the food is A++. This is not a franchise sandwich shop, and is not the nightmare that so many of us deal with by being served and cooked for by adolescents that don't wash their hands, are more concerned what the latest Facebook post is and cannot stop picking at their faces. This place is owned and operated by mature, conscientious people. I can't say enough about how clean the restaurant is!! Very cool vibe, and my new favorite place. Thank you Jeanine for the conversation this morning and I look forward to seeing you again and again and again. Welcome to the small business community of South Denver. I didn't get to meet your business partner today because he was busy but there is definitely going to be many many next times!! All the best to the former owners and you guys as the new owners, carrying on this very important sandwich tradition for us foodie's. For all of you that follow me know that I never ever give a bad recommendation. Take the time to make the drive, bring the family or stop on your way from work and bring some home. I had the Philly cheesesteak and bar none it is the best I have ever had from New York to Chicago to California. Get your superb sub...

Been in the area for quite a while and haven't ever been here until today after I saw the reviews online and decided to go in and try it out and I must say the experience was amazing, extremely happy that I decided to change it up from the "Big chain" restaurants I usually go to and give Tommy's a try! It was seriously the best Philly that I've ever had in my life and I've had quite a few of them as they are my favorite type of sandwich! The bread was perfectly toasted and the combination of steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese was grilled and chopped up to perfection! I got the 6 inch sandwich and it was literally stuffed to the brim with the grilled goodness! You definitely won't leave hungry even when ordering the smallest of their sub choices. The portions are extremely generous. Tommy's does have higher prices then your typical Subway but it's worth every extra penny spent. The location is great, the atmosphere is awesome, and the staff goes above and beyond. The owner is extremely pleasant and goes out of his way to make an impression on his patrons by making sure all their needs are met and shows genuine care and interest by having actual conversations with his customers instead of just the typical "Hi welcome to (Insert name here)" without really even meaning it like most other restaurants around. Also every employee I had contact with asked if they could get me anything, asked how everything was going, how their food was, and thanked me for coming in. On top of all that the restaurant was EXTREMELY clean which is a huge positive when going out for a meal and all of their employees wore gloves which is another huge plus in food handling. Also this is the first review I've ever done on a restaurant so it goes to show how much of an impression Tommy's left on me! I will definitely be back, looking forward to their...
