This place is great. The food was delicious (tacos FTW, as other reviewers have mentioned), but mostly I'm giving 5 stars because we were treated so well. When we stopped in, there were just a few other people. However, shortly after we sat down, there was a big (and clearly unexpected) rush of maybe 12 more people. The proprietors handled it really well and with great humor. Everyone got their food and drinks on time. Despite the rush, we were done and out within 30 minutes, and the owner actually apologized (unnecessarily) for it being so busy. Friendly people are the best, and the food was great too....

Having lived in the area for several years, we had overlooked this charming establishment until our visit yesterday, and we were thoroughly delighted.    Read moreOne of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever eaten at. Tony was all smiles, very understanding of my disabled child and made sure everything from appetizer to dessert was perfect. The Al Pastor Burrito was amazing, both smothered in salsa and in Chile (we tried 2 ways), bean enchiladas were good, great salsa (chips had no flavor which emphasized the great salsa). Watched a bird documentary on TV which had my kids thrilled.
It is a shame it is a 6 hour drive to eat here, otherwise I would be back next...
