Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Colton

Poor service from the initial call..... long hold time. I got to the Hut before they even answered. Whoever took my call took forever as they weren't sure about specials and what they offered.I informed them I'm outside and can they please place the order. The rep verified twice that it was a pickup order even after I told them yes I'm right outside.I was also told my price included a delivery fee upping which I reminded them it's a pick up. I ordered a large pizza and wine Wings. Once I paid for the order and noticed I had 6 minutes left for the order to be ready, the cashier tells me your pizza is coming out now but we didn't put in the wings but will do it now. I was upset and they were nonchalant about the fact I was frustrated with the long wait. My staff was working thru lunch and I needed things to be on time. Next time I'll...

ZerO stars for this Pizza Hut because of the employees. Two ladies one Hispanic, and one Arabic with large fake gold plugs. These ladies hung up on me twice and then I was on hold for a whole 38 minutes on the other with my husband and then when he got there the Hispanic lady proceeded to say loudly in the back, "oh she's on hold that long why didn't they just go eat somewhere else". Mind you she's the one that put me on hold. of course very sarcastically. We came to this Pizza Hut to get our credit because they messed up on our last order. If there was less then a star I would put -5 (minus 5), I walk in and stood there for almost 10 min and then I called, only then this idiot answers the phone, I'm standing inside and telling her I'm here hello, she ask me is this for pink up or delivery, then she comes to the register and tells me sorry I was in the bathroom!!!!! Hold a min her hand were dry!!! What the hell !!! I ask her wait did you wash your hands? She starts to tell me where the restrooms are!! Huh. I just asked her where is the nearest pizza shop?
