I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this one has to be left and I hope that the owner of this business sees this review I would like to say to you that I did not have a good experience down to the customer service down to How The food was prepared. I had nothing but a respectful attitude towards your manager, and she had nothing but a nasty rude, horrible customer service and as a matter fact, the next customer after me as well, I think that you should hire a new manager i’ve never had this happen to me to this subway I actually prefer coming to this one because of your other employees that provide excellent customer service your manager needs to be retrained or you need to let go of her and higher a new one, especially when it comes down to listening to instructions And paying attention to detail. Today 11/13/17 I was Highly disappointed with this locations working hours and customer service . The sign says business hours 7:00am to 9:00pm. I arrived at 7:10 and the door was locked. The girl working inside clearly seen me and continued to keep setting up which should’ve been done prior to opening time. I don’t mind waiting but at least pop your head out the door or motion one moment and give me a heads up rather then just pretend I’m not there.
