Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Colton

I had to place my order twice. First the girl didn't understand what I was saying. I wanted a number 1 combo. Which is a 2 chili dog combo. My wife wanted it medium. Then I asked for a single chili dog and a kraut dog. With a large drink. I asked her to show me what I ordered. She got the number 1 combo right except for the drink. Then she put on the order that I wanted chili on my kraut dog and a large drink. So the manager Which speaks good English. Placed the exact same order. I thought she had it right. So we sat down to eat and low and behold. My wife ended up with a large drink. And I ended up with a kraut dog and large drink and charged 50 cents for chili Which I didn't get and a kraut dog. All the while they were all in the kitchen playing and tossing fries at each other and not paying attention to their jobs. And they want 18 dollars an hour for that. Through with that franchise forever. The one on the corner of Cooley...

I've been here about four times. I've had good experiences each time I've purchased food or ice cream here. The last time I was there the person taking the order didn't seem to be too happy. Who knows maybe they were having an off day. Either way it was Sundae Sunday for me and my family and it's kind of a special occasion for us, because we have Sundaes on Sunday. Anyway, I didn't let it ruin our time as a family, but she didn't seem too happy to help us with our ice creams. I guess I wouldn't be too happy having to make four Sundays, but I won't be going back there for Sundae Sunday with my kids. Their food is good, and they have a clean facility. You will get your food fast. This was the first time I've ever having less than good service here. I'll try one more time. Oh and the last time I went it...

My husband went to pick some food which I sent a list, the list ask for the following: One number 1 small ( 2/ chili dogs , small fir and a sprite Two spicy guacamole chicken sandwiches One large fir(no salt) This should have be $20-23 dollars. He gave his card, the cashier returned it. When he seen the total he asked why so much? She explained: two back/Guam chick sand Four chili dogs Two med fries One large fries Two med Pepsies He explained it was wrong repeated the order, she said that all sandwwhich are only sold in combos, he replied bull..... Give me a refund, she explained she couldn't and he should have asked to take off items before card was swiped. So we basically were forced. To purchase items we do not want.
