The food here was good, but not amazing. I got a burger and the patty was clearly from frozen. The fries were great and the kids liked the other things they had, but it was 4/5 in general. I showed up looking for the Alpine Cristo but was disappointed to find that it's no longer offered (updated menu attached). For seating, they had nice dog-friendly outdoor tables, which is what we were looking for. But they were uncovered and the sun was blazing on the 88 degree day we visited. The store is fun and has lots of huckleberry fare to choose from, several examples of which I purchased and found them to be delicious. So overall it's not perfect, but it's definitely worth checking out!

The huckleberry BBQ sauce on the Patch's Special burger was amazing, a very nice sweet BBQ flavor that tasted like honey and berries. There's an open topping station where you can put on as many veggies as you want, and the sweet potato fries were great. Will definitely eat here again next time I'm in town.

Huckleberry pie with Vanilla ice cream was great! Followed it with a to-go Alpine Cristo sandwich and fries... I am so stuffed!!! Bill right around $20 and no regrets. Special thanks to Logan in the gift shop for the sample, hope to see you next Christmas!

Am I visiting from out of town and saw this place driving down the highway and decided to try it out. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and waited 30mins for my tracker to ring. It never rung. I went to the serving area and asked about my order. The young staff said that my number had already passed and someone must have taken it by mistake. He offered to reorder it and I asked how long that would take and he said another 15-20 mins because they were really busy. So potentially I’m looking at waiting almost close to an hour for my food. He then called someone else to help me with a refund. I’m assuming she was some kind of manager because she never introduced herself or apologized for the inconvenience. She couldn’t find my order and in the end just refunded me based upon what I ordered. My advice for anyone running this restaurant is first to apologize for your mistakes, maybe I looked intimidating but I was hungry. It can’t hurt to apologize. 2nd, I don’t think it can’t hurt to reorder my food and go to the back and tell the cook to prioritize my order.

This should be a teachable moment for the young staff that working there. My memory of this place is not the food because I didn’t get a chance to eat it but of the bad...

I showed up solo with my dog hoping to eat on the patio. Called inside after waiting roughly 20 minutes and asked if there were outdoor servers - was told no. I then asked if I could place an order over the phone and take it outside once it’s done - was told no. Asked if I could take it to-go and was told no again. So then I asked, “is there any other for me to get food out here so I can sit outside with my dog”. Was told no once again. As I was walking out, I saw a server bringing another table food. Not sure what the deal was, or if there was miscommunication, but I went and...
