Casey's — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Casey's used to have fresh donuts every morning and hot coffee and I would make it my usual stop on the way to work in the mornings to grab a few donuts and hot coffee . But unfortunately when I stopped by to grab a few of the glazed donuts there hasn't had a good selection of donuts to choose from. There were maybe three different kinds and only a couple of each. The box was literally cleaned out of donuts that is. This is disappointing to me I dont know what happened. Well, then when I had picked one of the few offered the donuts were dry or stale like they were a day old!. That's not even the worst part! This time their were little Nats flying around in the box landing on donuts!. There wasn't just one or two there was at least 10 or 15. It really grossed me out and I definitely skipped out on getting some donuts after what I had witnessed. I love Casey's don't get me wrong. I'm a Rewards member but things have changed around that store I don't know if it's new employees or not enough customers so they don't make enough but it's not the same Casey's. So if they don't fix their donut and Nats issue I'm going to have to find me a new spot to stop and get donuts in...

It’s a run of the mill Casey’s. The store is worn out and needs remodeled badly. That’s no excuse for their inability to have food ready when they advertise that they have food. My company I work for has 17 fleet vehicles and every time somebody stops over there to pick something up to eat and there’s nothing there then they have to go somewhere else and it’s costly. It adds up after a while. I guess we can get our gas somewhere else that we can count on. For a large corporation, Casey’s you need to step up your game. Quiktrip is going to bulldoze you. FYI, it was 7:20 AM when I went in and fueled my car up and went in for some food. I was told by the cashier at the register that there was no food because two people didn’t show up and one was a manager and another person had to unload a truck that normally cooked. Ordered a pizza for carry out. Half pepperoni, half hawaiian. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was SOAKING WET. Literally so wet it was inedible. Like someone dumped an entire can of pineapple on it, juice and all. And it was also doughy. Tried to eat it and almost threw up. Honestly the worst pizza I have ever ordered in my life. When I called up there to let them know about the unsatisfactory condition of the pizza, was put on hold for the "supervisor" who cut me off and said the only thing she could do was re-make it or write our name down for a free pizza next time. When I told her there would not be a next time and I wanted a refund, she said the only person who could do that was the store manager who was conveniently not there at the moment.
