My girlfriend and I placed a pickup order and went through the drive-thru, as is our usual practice at Freddy’s locations. However, this particular location didn’t allow us to use the drive-thru for some unknown reason, so she had to go inside. Unfortunately, she wasn’t greeted, and they also forgot one of our drinks. When she went back for the missing drink, the workers gave her unfriendly looks just because they made a mistake. To make matters worse, the food was cold. Read moreHad dessert with my daughter. Food was good. Service was eh. Waited 5 minutes before anyone took our order. Person taking order was engaging in conversation. I appreciate that they conversed with us as humans. However, in an effort to be somewhat clever, the person said something to me that was somewhat insulting. I have a thick skin so I looked beyond the comment. I think the person felt bad for the comment that was said and I want them to know that I don't hold grudges. Read moreI just picked up a door dash from this location. The woman working in the grey shirt and blue mask called out my order 3 times and I admittedly forgot the name on my door dash order. I was the only person in the restaurant. After the 3rd time she called it out I looked up and she was staring at me to come over and I said “sorry!” And ran over. She said “how many times do I have to call out your order in 30 seconds?!”
I just looked at her puzzled, took the bag and left. She then laughed and snarked with a coworker at me as I left before I even made it out of the door.
