Tropical Liqueurs — Restaurant in Columbia

Stopped by for two drinks to go. They had roughly 12 ppl in there drinking and conversing without mask. I was greeted politely. A young lady took my order and started preparing it. Enter stage right, another lady we will call tiny 290 tosses a mask at me and tells me to put it on. I look at everyone else w/o a mask. I have a medical excuse that I tried to explain only to be rudely cut off as she continues her power trip. As I told her C U Next Tuesday.....unbelievable

We were told that samples were not being done and the bartender was very rude when we asked what to do if we didn’t like our drinks. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received at trops and it makes me not want to come back. Thankfully, I was able to figure out a drink that I liked but when we were leaving, a different bartender was making samples for customers. If you’re going to have good customer service, make sure it’s customer service every one appreciates. We’ll see if I will be back after this horribly...

It's been quite a few years since I've been to a trops the one on Providence I had actually not been there until recently been in Columbia for almost 10 years but the workers were friendly the past two times that I've gone it was slow so not sure how they handle their customer service wise as far as when it's busy but you know other than that great place drinks aren't too expensive they also have a lot of seating I really like how the inside is laid out for that trops versus the one...
