Just Love Coffee Cafe - Battle Crossing — Restaurant in Columbia Township

My Experience at this Location has been dismal at best... They laugh at customers when placing orders The last two times I have been there my order was wrong... The shift supervisor comes off as Snarky and rude... today I ordered two Of the Big Plates 15 minutes later at the window she tells me the total for one...I replied I ordered two plates I was then told I could pull up front and would have to wait..if I wanted to get another plate.. ..at another time it wasn't until I got home and found they had the wrong order in my bag .. They were actually making snarky remarks and giggling at me as I was trying to order.. I didn't enjoy my experience I would not ever recommend A place that makes a person feel Uncomfortable just for being a customer.. I can't imagine business is great if this is common practice at the " Just Love Coffee" at the battle Location If the owner wanted to verify my complaint He could simply review the camera footage for today I'm sure I wasn't the only person talked down to... Please do better... Unfortunately you have lost a customer for life with me but maybe by reviewing this you will make the changes necessary to stay in business or simply be another business that fades into obscurity due to poor customer treatment...your choice I choose to be treated better I do NOT recommend this particular Location of "Just...

This placed was a lot better when they first opened. I really liked their food when they first opened. I went there probably 2-4 times a week for months. The food was always amazing and I got pretty good service. However, the last couple months have been really sad. I don't know if there was a staff change or what but the quality went way way down. We tried them many times to see if we just got unlucky but it's just bad after bad. We got served tater cakes that were basically hash browns because they were so mashed up. They put both servings for two different people in the same box and with it all mashed up making it was impossible to split. That ended up not being a problem though because they were so soaked in oil that they looked dark grey and tasted very foul. We were unable to eat them. This has actually happened several times. I often would get a breakfast burrito as well and the eggs have been overcooked recently. The most upsetting burrito was when they literally put all the ingredients in a line inside the burrito. My first bite was all sour cream, next all eggs, then salsa and cheese. It was like eating one ingredient at a time. I really hope this place recovers because it was so good when...

I took my young daughters today to check it out and we had a wonderful experience. The White Chocolate Tiramisu Latte was delish! (The smiley face cracked us up!) We also ordered the Fruity Pebbles and Cream waffles for my girls to share, which they loved. We were enjoying the stay so much, we ordered more food lol. We ordered the Wakey Waffle and Moms Breakfast off the kids menu. Both were big enough portions for them to take half home and were only $5! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The vibe was super welcoming and kind. I also chatted with the owner who provided me with additional and useful info regarding another location, the app, and menu difference inside vs. the drive thru. I'm looking forward to making this place...
