Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Friendly female voice to take our order tonight shortly after 6 pm. She repeated back the order accurately. The order was brought to our car by Henry. There were only 3 cars on our side of the building. Henry first took our order to another car who had just placed her order. Even after she told him it wasn't her order, he stood there trying to figure out why she didn't accept it. I finally called out my window to him that that is MY order. My next mistake was NOT checking in the bag for what he read off as my order. Upon arriving home, I found that the order of tater tots was NOT in the bag with the footlong coney. The drinks were correct and the Sonic burger combo was correct with onion rings. The burger patty was completely cold as if taken from the frig and dressed on the bun. I was very disappointed in the temperature AND the taste. * I would advise all customers to check their order themselves. I only gave it three stars because the prices are very high compared to other fast food because in all honesty the food is not that good ice cream however is really really good and that's all I really get there I will not eat the food sorry Sonic. I know other people made the food and good for them the staff it depends on who you get there are a couple members at the staff that we get often and they are tremendously friendly very happy seem to love their job and we love to see them over and over again however there are others seem to hate their job and if they don't well then maybe they need to put a smile on their face. I know it's fast food but you applied for the job and so you know it's where you're at it's all in your attitude kind of thing. I'll never dock them for how slow they are because they do get very busy so I do understand that. Yes I would suggested as a place to go although I don't eat the food I'm sure others would suggested as a great place...

So this evening when I got off work all I wanted to do was to grab something to eat before I went home. Due to a system issue, they were unable to hear through the speaker system so the staff asked me as well as the other customers to go through the drive through. The lady that served me and the rest of the staff probably have never worked so hard to take so many orders in such a short time the way they did. Not only did they serve everyone but she came out old school and wrote our orders down by hand to serve everyone as fast as possible. Not only were they outstanding when it came to customer service but they did it with a smile as if nothing was wrong. I’ve never been more impressed by the ingenuity of the staff this evening and wanted you to know just how valuable the young lady tonight was.
