Well considering what the employees are allowed to do in there this place would get a 0 of I could and I'll be posting pics don't worry because NEVER have I had such horrible food even from a greasy burger dirty filthy place and all because the employee was upset with me I didn't even come get it I sent someone and this is still what I GOT not to mention what my mother got none of our stuff was made right or with any kind of respect for their jobs because "who else is going to do what they do?" Today I visited the store in Columbia ,mo located at 5612 east St Charles Rd around 2:15pm. Both workers were extremely rude. I was asked what I wanted, and just making conversion I just mentioned that the app was not working. The other worker Rusty said that's not my problem that has nothing to do with me. I then said that the comment was rude and Rusty said to me if I don't like it to leave. I then asked for the manager number. Connor then gave me a number that was not legible and I stated that I can not read the number. He then told me to look it up . He brought me another piece of paper and I asked for the store number, he snapped that he already gave it to me I said the store location number, Connor then said " why don't you just leave?" I was the first customer of the day, and your employee was very attentive that I was there. While she was making my sandwich, a man came into the store, and was really quite different. Guess you could say "odd". He did leave the store. She finished my sandwich and as I was getting ready to leave, I said to her, "That guy was really strange." and she said, "Yeah, he was." From there, she told me not to worry that she would get me safe and sound to my car. I was parked right outside of the side employee enterance, and she walked me out to the car. I have never been so impressed with such kindness and caring. She really is a treasure. You need to know that this is how she presents your organization. Because of her, I will be back!
