PLEASE SHARE!!! Domino's Pizza I must start off saying I felt RACIALLY PROFILED on August 30th at dominos. Located 1500 Interstate 70 Dr SW , Columbia, Mo 65203. I Placed an over the phone order between the hours of (10:30pm) and (11pm), when I arrived at the dominos store located 1500 Interstate 70 Dr SW , Columbia, Mo 65203. Upon pickup around 11:05 pm , I was greeted by curbside services to find out what I had ordered, I told the store representative that I had not yet paid for the order and I had given him my card to do so. Just before he had completed the purchase inside the store I had gotten out of car to open the store door to tell him I had given him the wrong card also that I had left the correct card at home. So I asked if I can Apple Pay and he(NICK) told me that no one is allowed in the store, so I asked if there was a way we could resolve this so I can get the pizza and he(NICK) with a very stern demeanor had told me that It WILL NOT HAPPEN TONIGHT!!! At this time it is around (11:10pm). I asked when does the store close and he looked at the clock and responded at (12pm). I closed the door and went to my car and placed an online order and paid with card due to having card information in my phone. I got confirmation of order received and that (NICK) had began making my order, I got out of car to let (NICK) know that I had placed the same order online and paid for it online and to see if he(NICK) was going to give pizza already completed or am I waiting for a new pizza and he went INSANE and started screaming. get out right now!!! *NOTE Me only standing with door open outside of the store. I went back to car thinking order was being made fresh. About ten mins goes by and I try an update the tracker because it is not moving and when the tracker was refreshed it showed No progress just a blank tracker. Me thinking I’ll just give it a few more mins, I noticed a few cops pull up and approach me about a pizza that I have paid for and not received yet. it is around (11:30pm) now . I explained to the officer’s what happened and then officers went inside to talk to dominos representative (NICK). around (11:40) the officers came out and had told me that I would not be able to get pizza tonight and that my money will be refunded. I asked officers why did he(NICK) had cancelled my order and I received not one logical answer from officers as to why It was cancelled and I could not get a pizza. One Officer said to file a complaint and there was not much they could do. It was around (11:45pm) and I had to leave with no food and went to sleep hungry due to being near (12pm) and no other place open to get food. I have video of police at the store time of scene, screen shots on phone of the tracker and emails of confirmation of all information needed. Please contact me as soon as possible as to I am not pleased at all by the decisions that were made by (DOMINOS) rep(NICK) the night of incident. I will make it my duty to be know by the public and will not accept any light actions taken by dominos to correct the issue. This is not about pizza it is about EQUALITY...

I got up at 9:00 this morning put in a future order for 2:15 paid for this morning called the lady 45 minutes before going ask her could I add two more pizzas on she said yes she told me to be ready in 15-20 minutes I said okay I get to the place and they tell me that the machine is down and they only have four pizzas fixed and then another store has to bring over. I asked how long would it take for the other store to bring the pizza I asked her how long would that take for them to bring the pizza over from another store she responded I don't know so not only do I have to wait for them to bring the pizza but then I have to wait for you guys to put the pizza in the oven I had to be at work on top of dropping my son and his football team for 43 players.I was pissed not only because they could have called me and told me that the machines had broke down and let me know but instead they let me get all the way there and then we're very nonchalant about it. I ordered these pizzas for my son's football team because they won their game last night and they were just so happy and proud about this game and I wanted to show them that they did a good job by ordering them this pizza and so it was very disappointing and then I have to wait 2 to 5 business days to get my money back for a mistake that they made and couldn't even have the audacity to call. Read more2-16-2013 3pm I had the most horrible customer service the delivery driver was instructed to deliver the pizza to a room at the budget inn. After 30-45 minutes I called to find out what happened. I was referred to a woman who told me the rooms at the hotel only go to a lower number than my room( because the driver didnt have the initiative to go to building B or C just A) so since my phone battery was dead ... instead of asking the hotel front desk where the room was or ask to call the room the driver took the pizza back and voided my order. Mind you that they charged my credit card and voided that. So I called and asked about having it remade and delivered. The lady on the phone said 2 pizzas? i said no it was one half and half, ... i made my order. no offer for a dessert or condolences for the mix-up. she tried to charge my card again. unfourtunatly this time because of the previouse order i have to wait 2-3 days for the money to go back on my account. So now i cant even order a pizza because that was the last of my money till i got paid tomorrow. I even explained this to the lady and she said she has followed all policies and it was partly MY FAULT!! WOW I am a manager and I understand policy but what happened to customer service.!?? and to top it all off i looked at my creditcard report and the first order was for 2 pizzas intead of the one I ordered. seriously overchargerd on top of it all .... WORST...
