Went in looking for 2 items. After searching for 15 minutes, I asked a lady who worked there and she pointed and said it was near the stars. So I walked in that direction for another 15 minutes but couldn't find it. I went back to this lady and asked her if she could actually show me where what I was looking for is located. She proceeded to taking me literally from nearly the same spot she was in previously when pointing to where what I was looking for was located. I followed her from the middle of the store to the other side of store, going in a straight line and then make a right and 6 rows down or so and then once in the aisle l, it was on the left side about 75% of the way down the aisle.
My point to this was, the first time when she pointed, she was lazy or must have though I know the layout of all merchandise as well as she does so she pointed halfway across the store. All in all, she needs To provide better assistance to customers like me and others. This lady I walked by several times before asking her a question and I was clearly lost per say though she did not offer any assistance willingly. They ended up not having either items I was looking for which was a resi beat gun or a black light even and also did not have shrinkable plastic wrap on a small scale of a few inches by a inch or so. All they had was 4 or 5 options and all of them were 10 inches or so and more. The manager I asked and he asked another employee if they carried a resist hot gu but they didn't. The manager was at least willing to ask someone else. Bobby Lobby needs some improvement in a few areas from a customer...

"Why wasn't she given a break at two o:clock as she is scheduled"? Jess, "she went late for lunch and was late back so I didn't think she needed one." Shiloh, "really". Jess,"Yes. I'm tired of it". I spoke up, "You know every time I come here an employee is complaining about another employee." I just don't think this is something a customer should hear." Shiloh," I'm sorry". Read moreThe Columbia location has a large selection and variety but the number of them that are damaged is staggering. We wanted several items but had to search through each of them to find one in good condition. There was a broken product within every display. I visited their public restroom which definitely needed attention. On the way, I walked down some isles with large mirrors and framed prints. Almost every other mirror had large cracks, prints had broken frames and glass which were a safety issue as they were stored near the floor. I wondered if they sell items like this at a deep discount or lose that much overhead. We visit for the prices but always anticipate potentially being disappointed there won't be a quality...
