If you haven’t tried Jina Yoo’s, you’re missing out! This is one of our absolute favorites in Columbia. It is upscale Asian with a plethora of items to choose from. We have enjoyed everything we’ve tried - from appetizers to pad thai to sushi. My favorite is Jina’s pad thai with chicken - I get it every time. We typically get Jina’s Balls or the Crabby Basket for an appetizer - both are delicious! We have also tried a few sushi’s and have enjoyed them all. The quality of food and service is high. Drinks from the bar have also always been good. Staff is knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating for food allergies. Absolutely no negative things to say about this restaurant, and always looking forward to the next time we visit! Can’t recommend enough.

Typical upscale restaurant tucked away in a quiet part of the city, with a nice relaxing atmosphere and dim lighting. The food was of high quality, as expected for the price point. As an appetizer, the Five Spiced Calamari was well portioned and seasoned. It was crispy, and served with a soy ginger sauce that had a nice little kick. The Seafood Dynamite, a Jina Speciality, had a unique creamy sauce with a lobster-esque flavor. Meanwhile, the Red Eye Roll had fresh, tasty tuna and eel with a nice crunch on the outside. The dishes were smaller than expected, but it was satisfying. Servers were friendly, but the wait time was a bit long. Overall, I would definitely recommend Jina Yoo’s if you are looking for upscale Asian fusion dining.

A dinner last Saturday night... Fortunately Mizzou was playing so it was extremely slow in the restaurant. Reason I'm giving three stars is the presentation/quality of the food. Especially the sushi that we ordered was puzzling. It was haphazardly placed on the plate looking sort of like a snake... Was very bland as well. Had to ask for wasabi and ginger as the second serving was not served with it.

Ordered the crab basket for an appetizer. Two egg rolls and two crab rangoon. It was very average and didn't really taste much crab.

The biggest disappointment was the shrimp and scallops I ordered. The flavor was great and the shrimp was high quality. The biggest issue was the teeny tiny bay scallops. I was shocked that they would be serving bay scallops in a dish that costs 25 bucks. At first I thought they had forgotten the scallops, as I did not see any. Come on guys, if you're going to serve little tiny bay scallops at least put 8 oz in there... With the color of the scallops and the thick sauce you could almost not even see them nor taste them as few as there were. I was expecting at least three decent sized sea scallops. Put that in the description that the scallops will be small...

Full of dissatisfaction. They claimed their food to be “ fusion” as an excuse to serve unappetizing food aside with very rude service. We ordered a bibimbap and even asked if it comes with a hot stone bowl, the server said “yes”. And yet all we received was a cold bowl of salad with rice underneath it. This was what they called a “bibimbap”. Also the rice inside the nigiri and the roll were cold and hard, it was inedible. Not to mention the cream brûlée was also liquidy and not chilled. We tried talking to the server and manager and letting them know their food wasn’t up to standard, and this Asian lady simply just played it off by saying it’s a “fusion restaurant”. The lady did not apologize nor took the food out of our face after we said it was disappointing. I understand there’s fusion cuisine, but this, was not fusion! It’s simply laziness and sloppiness, also deceptive marketing... I am a customer paying a fairly high price for the items and I cannot accept this sort of excuse and misbehavior. Very unprofessional and rude. I would definitely not visit here again nor I think anyone should. Lots of their reviews are probably fake. This should NOT be a 4.6 stars...

A disappointing visit for several reasons. Firstly, our group had 8 people in it, and we were seated at two separate tables-making itbawkward for everyone in our party to engage. We asked if we could push them together, to which we were told that our waitress would have to ask her manager. Our waitress came back by several times, and never said anything until we prompted her again, to which she responded "my manager said no, it would be too awkward".

Secondly, it took nearly two hours from our order being placed for us to be served.

Thirdly, the food was inconsistent, and even the best dish was really only "okay". Several chicken dishes were cold or dry, The sushi (despite being advertised very differently) was all basically just chopped ingredients shoved into a roll, and were not particularly distinct in flavor. The rolls were loose and the rice was overcooked. Given the broad "fusion" cuisine they advertise, I would recommend any of the more focused Sushi, Thai, or Chinese restaurants in town that offer a tighter selection of higher...
