We tried the coffee drive thru today. The staff was friendly even though they seemed a bit frazzled today and took 10 minutes to help 3 customers in the drive thru in front of us. The cookie was big, soft and delicious! Stamp of approval by my 2 and 5 year old!

The grind is the best coffee shop in colombia. Here’s why- their coffee is delicious, always hot, and always consistent. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable for conversation, reading, or studying. The staff is so welcoming and friendly... every time!

French coffee is amazing and tastes like decaf coffee. Protein ball is great.

I came back here with some friends It had been a couple weeks since I've been in. I never had this problem before but the service was horrible they were extremely mean didn't seem like they wanted to be there and I don't blame them because they're probably not paid enough. But my drink was literally on drinkable. I didn't even finish it I threw it away after a couple sips. It was straight syrup it was nasty.

Edit above/update^ The coffee is great! But the atmosphere isn't great. All the lights inside are bright white... The music is too loud and doesn't give a great coffee vibe. It's modern pop... I would have appreciated some calmer quiet music. Definitely would love more couches... comfier chairs or booths. Just didn't turn out to be a great place to work on stuff. Oh and for drinking inside, I would appreciate some cute cups to drink out of. I was told my large drink had to be in a to go cup ... Woulda loved just a large mug shrug didn't think it was that hard. I'll come back for the coffee but probs won't stay inside the shop. I know I sound like a karen in this post, but I'm just irritated because these lights are hurting...

Please be apprized that this is only my review from yesterday 12/23/24. Normally the food and service is fine. Yesterday I ordered the avocado toast and sat down to eat it discovering the toast was not only not toasted, but cold to the touch. The person who prepared argued with me, sayting the avocado spread is cold. I said, the bread is cold and I'm guessing that it was frozen. It is clearly not toasted. She argued with me that my perception was wrong and finally asked if I wanted a refund or for her to remake it. I asked to have it remade and she said, I will put it through the toaster 5 times. I said, Well, don't burn it. The second try was edible and actually toasted and not burned. But the attitude of the person was not great. This is the first time I've experienced this kind of attitude at The Grind at this location. I've been here many times, so wanted to alert...

It was a really nice shop, lots of options. I'm giving 3 stars because the cashier was not very friendly or helpful. I had a hard time reading the menu and was asking about sugar free flavors, she would only tell me to look at the board. I explained I was having a hard time reading it... so I finally gave up and said I wanted a sugar free carmal latte she insisted I wanted vanilla... I finally asked "do you not have carmal?" They did and I explained that's what I wanted not vanilla. I was so frusted by this time for my second coffee I just ordered an americano and called it a day.

The coffee itself was great, not overly sweet, not bitter, just a...
