The employees working here are scammers. I ordered a footlong regular spicy Italian. When time to pay, I had a coupon for $6.99 footlong sandwich. She applied the code but the total came out to $8.76. We checked the receipt & saw a charge of 0.99 for extra cheese. When my husband asked her why that charge was there, they spoke to each other in another language & then told him the prices come with extra cheese, but when you use a coupon they charge you for it. Huh? If the price already includes “extra cheese” which I didn’t ask for, why are we getting charged extra for it? It’s because you’re using a coupon. So she said to tell them beforehand you have a coupon, so they don’t put the full amount of ingredients that a regular sandwich without coupons have. So heads up, if you use coupons they’ll charge you extra (even when you don’t order “extra”), even if the price already includes it. Or you tell them beforehand you have a coupon, & you will not get the full amount...
Read moreI've been to this subway several times as it is convenient, but I am finally done. I can handle needing to repeat myself over and over, I can handle having to tell them to put my sub back in to the toaster because they only toasted it at the time for a 6"-- but I will not walk in there on a budget with a coupon and get overcharged $4.50 with them refusing to do anything.
They charged me for an ultimate bmt, after I told them "no, I don't want extra meat, just the regular bmt", then hit "-bacon" and "+bacon" on my chicken bacon ranch so they could charge me an additional $1.70. She tried to say the coupon only applies to a single meat, which no one said anything about when I was ordering, and it does not in any way stipulate on the coupon.
I just wish there was still a unified Subway corporate to complain to. I'll have to settle for this review...
Read moreOur sandwiches tasted like chemicals, the woman said they do not have any chemicals and they haven't even cleaned the last few days.
Instead of trying to fix the situation, she thought it was funny.
I wouldn't eat here simply for the fact they don't clean, let alone the food has gone off, and started to taste of ammonia.
It's not like we have only been here once either, they know we aren't there to try and get a free sandwich, it's junk already. I do not care about 30 bucks. I do care about a trash business owner that could care less about their customers.
Go to Ponchos the food is amazing, truly fresh and the same price. Do it, your taste buds...
