I went and got my family and myself dinner here one night.there are 5 of us so we ordered 5 meals. Not one of the five meals was correct. I called and spoke to a manager named Joseph. When I told him him half of our order was missing and the half we got was cold his response was"so what do you want me to do?" Your manager right,so manage your store. Make it right! So he said he was going to write down my name and replace the cold burritos. So I didn't even get all my food now he only wants to replace what we got that was cold. So two nights later i go in to purchase some food and get half of what I should have been getting(once again), and still spend money. Manager comes up and by his accent I can tell right it is the manager I spoke with. He didn't have a name tag so I couldn't look at it to know his.then he tells me it wasn't wrote down and he didn't know anything about it. I told him his name and he was the one I talked to. Anyways wound up spending almost another $40 and taco Bell in Columbia on bear Creek road will be known as strong armed robbery fast food. Even though manager didn't look strong enough to punch his way out of a...
Read moreYou ever have one of those really horrible days when you question everything and you just need a little relief, but then you mess that up too? That's where a person I love was today when he pulled up to Tazaria's window. It was just all falling apart. She showed immense kindness, humanity well above customer service. He need to feel kindness more than anything, and he got that in spades.
We all know what food we're getting when we go to Taco Bell. It's not your Abuela's recipe. Maybe it's a stoner that gives you an extra taco. But when it's that last ounce of humanity that you needed and you got all 32oz, that's a quality human and employee.
To Tazaria's manager, I'm sure you know what a wonderful gem you have, but I want her to see it in writing. You made a big difference today ma'am. Thank you for the...
Read moreI was really looking forward to the reopening recently but we stood looking at the worker at counter who literally stood there talking to his friends about getting his break and getting a little ceasers pizza. He was waiting for a manager to come and get the cash register to open and approve a money return for the children I front who were those kids the he was talking to. He was literally talking past us and walked around the counter and left us standing there with the others waiting to take our order. No one present? 10 minutes later no one showed and after all the talking and laughing we decided churches chicken across the street looked appealing. So we left. Good luck taco bell owners. I have a management degree and to my recollection this is NOT how you run a business...
