Burger King — Restaurant in Columbia

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I CAME IN TO HAVOC IN THIS RESTAURANT PEOPLE WERE JUST BEING HANDED ORDERS AND GIVING BUGERS BACK ALL OPENED AND STAFF WAS PUTTING THEM EITHER BACK ON THE RACK TO BE GIVEN TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER OR EITHER PUTTING THEM IN ANOTHER CUSTOMERS BAG AS IF IT WAS THEIRS. WITH THAT BEING SAID I SAID I WANTED NO TOMATOES NO PICKLES NOR CHEESE AND I DON'T EAT BACON. AND I ASKED FOR NO SALT ON MY FRIES....A YOUNG LADY WAS AWARE OF THE SHENANIGANS AND SHE KEEP HER HEAD DOWN AS SHE PASSED THE BAG AND SAID LORD I DON'T KNOW WHY THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING THIS. AND I REMIND YOU I WAS IN THERE WHEN ALL THE MESS WAS GOING ON WITH THAT SAME BURGER THAT HAD BEEN PASSED OUT TO ONE CUSTOMER AND HE PUT HIS HANDS ON IT AND GAVE IT BACK. SO WHY!!!!!! PASS IT OUT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. SO I ORDERED A JR. BURGER FOR MY KID AS WELL THAT A TOOK TWO BITES OFF OF AND HAD TO USE MY EPIPEN DUE TO THE FACT I HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO NO PICKLES THAT THEY TRIED TO TAKE OFF .....AHHH.... YOU LEFT THE SEEDS AND JUICE....BIG MISTAKE.....SO I TRIED CALLING THEM AT THE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT AND IT WENT TOTALLY TO ANOTHER VOICEMAIL ELSEWHERE. WHAT GOOD IS THAT AND NO-ONE HAS YET TO CALL. I WILL BE SEEKING FURTHER ACTION SINCE I CAN'T GET A CALL BACK. CUSTOMERS...

This location on North Main Street is the worst and I will never go there again! This was my second time going there and I should have learned the first time not to go back! 2 days ago I waited 15 minutes at 3:30pm in the afternoon for a regular cheeseburger & fry! Then the fries were not even fresh! The cashier was dirty looking & uniform was very unkept. I asked for a manager to express my dissatisfaction & she said she was the manager on duty. When I complained about the service & ask for my receipt so I could do the survey, she yanked the receipt out the machine which made the ink smear on the bottom part so I could not really see the survey code so that leaves me no choice but to make my complaint public! I truly hope the owner of this store sees this and contacts me to get my receipt so they can see which one of there employees are making a terrible impression to their customers! ...Stay away from...

I have had poor experiences here before but this one was horrendous. We asked for a fresh impossible whopper. Not was it not fresh after over 20 minutes (2nd car) it was literally hard. The chicken blt sandwich was so old and crusty it made me nauseous. The number on the receipt sends you directly to a voicemail whose mailbox was full. Ended up throwing the rest of the food away as the fries looked like they had been there since yesterday. Going back thru the drive thru wasn't an option since by the time we got the food the drive thru was wrapped around the building. They have successfully removed me from their patron list. Customer service is such a lost art. They need a sign outside that says buyer beware. If you do get decent food be prepared for much attitude if you can get them to get off their cellphones long enough to pay...
