Okay, so I never leave reviews but THIS. BRUH. THIS was easily THE WORST Chinese food I've ever had.
The restaurant: Located in the part of town where people become statistics at night Smells so heavily of deep fryer you can almost taste it There was literally a full squad of cops "grabbing a bite" (conducting surveillance) the night we went
The service: Was definitely being run by the owner's kids Pickup took 30 min past schedule, OFF peak hours Watched the 3 Ninjas nearly "accidentally" overcharge some guy by like $30 - an error HE caught Master Splinter/the chef/(grandpa?) was yelling in Engrish, probably about nearly overcharging that guy instead of successfully overcharging that guy. This was admittedly amusing.
The food (OH GAWD, THE "FOOD"): First of all, GREASE. Like, enough to cover Fonzie's gang for a year kind of grease Crab rangoon was super soggy from age We're talking toddler's last diaper at SeaWorld kind of soggy Veg lo mein was so greasy and soggy/brittle that picking it up could've been a Hasbro game Not sure if that was really beef. I don't really wanna know, though Fried fish tasted old enough to have been in the original Finding Nemo (2003)

We wait another almost an hour and call again, and are told that the order is out for delivery. We will absolutely not use this online delivery service again, nor China Wing. This is how you destroy your business, folks. EDIT: Three and a half hours of waiting and no delivery. IF, and said loosely, if there is a delivery, then we will reject it. And we will be notifying the North Columbia Business Association on Monday. This is not the kind of business practice that we need in the North Main Street redevelopment corridor. SECOND EDIT: As of last night at midnight, the order had still not arrived. Though we called twice and were told that the order was out for delivery, by 10:30 PM we eventually made other arrangements for food, and never received a phone call telling us that they failed on their part to deliver. Read moreThis is a seriously unprofessional establishment. They have extremely horrible phone etiquette. I swear they hire THE RUDEST PEOPLE to staff this restaurant. They hang up on you constantly, laugh and carry on side conversations while taking your order (and gasp! your order's wrong when you get it). One time it took nearly 30 mins to place an UNCOMPLICATED order. Good luck getting them to make right on their mistakes. You get told it was YOUR fault they got it wrong. Then to add insult to injury, one of their drivers dishonestly added $10 more to our bill. So not only did he get a $6 tip, but he walked away with $16 total. We called about this and got no where, finally demanded to speak to the manager and they kept putting us on hold or hanging up on us. The only reason we gave this place multiple chances is because the food is actually tasty and late night options are few where we work. But now we have to draw the line. There are other places that value their customers and deliver a decent product. This place does not. I, and my co-workers, work too hard to give this place our money.
