7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Columbia

I am a diabetic and my wife is a vegan. This is the second time we have gone to this location and gotten the wrong drinks. The first time I asked Multiple times if it was sugar free and was told it was, drank a big gulp (as it was spilling out the lid all over my car) only for the barista to come out and tell me she gave me the wrong drinks after I had already ingested too much. Today, I ordered 3 drinks, and all three were incorrect. I asked which one was which to ensure my wife didn't get dairy, and I didn't get sugar. She pointed them out, however it was incorrect and I ended up extremely sick from the sugar. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff here and it's always such a positive experience!!, however, not everyone orders sugar free for fitness. Some people (like me) can die if they ingest too much sugar unexpectedly. I would say DEFINITELY have your staff double check drinks before distribution, as you never know whose life...

We have gone there at least 10 times every single time the young people look at my car and see the military stickers and I get the nasty luxe from them and I am the last one to have my order taken every single time it doesn’t matter if I get there before 10 other people, they will take the 10 other people and make me wait until last. It’s disrespectful and disheartening young people have no respect for the military anymore. It seems like. Their attitudes are not the best. and a couple of them have been downright rude. I overheard one young lady make the comment about I don’t like serving killers, referring to me being a military member. I only went there so that my family could get their drinks. I received a medium caramel cappucino that was literally half filled in the cup, and what's worse is it tasted so bland that I'd wished they'd just gave me the empty cup. What a scam. My wife got the brunette, which was good, and I appreciate that. The service was great. But a half filled cappucino is just ridiculous. May as well have gotten a small. (though it would have likely been just a dribble in the cup.) I would even prefer a cup with it's bottom halfway up the cup -- to make it seem full -- to just not filling it up all the way. I understand there are, sometimes, machines which fill up cappucinos on its own. But for 6+ dollars for about 3-4oz of cappucino is insane. I'll just make my own at home next time.
