My friend and I have been at this restaurant twice now and both times the staff were very rude to us and seemed annoyed we came in. The first we were told it was a soft opening to the public and they told us to leave. They wouldnât even let us look at a menu for us visiting in the future. We decided to give them a second chance on Christmas Eve. When we came in we asked how they were going to be open because we were planning on staying a while. We did check the hours on Google before we came in but knew Christmas Eve hours maybe be different. The staff were rude to us and told us a bunch of snarky comments. It would be nice if their hours were posted somewhere and they should be updated on Google and social media if needed. If itâs a holiday they should post holiday hours or have a sign on the door. That night my friend left a Google review about the hours and how the staff treated us. The owner responded passive aggressively. Afterwards a few 5 star reviews were posted that sounded like it was written by the owner or someone they know. The numbers correlating to the drinks arenât clear so itâs easy to mistakenly order the wrong drink. It happened to me. The workers showed no sign of compassion of any kind. Told me itâs what I ordered. I was forced to take the drink. It was a âBambu Refresherâ on the receipt. That drink tasted like water with basil seeds. The fact that that drink was so terrible made the experience even worse. As a new establishment, I feel like costumer service should be a priority.
