Update: 5/16/2025 Koshi has moved and is now located inside the Dayou Food Court in the Bethel Center Plaza, near Microcenter. I've been enjoying Koshi since the beginning and STILL remains my favorite go-to for Korean Food! I absolutely love the Dak-gangjeong! Spicy, sweet, and crispy chicken with rice cakes! Yum! Awesome food, awesome people, and awesome service! The new location is much more accessible and no longer requires navigating a busy grocery store. Check them out!!

Flavor for days!! I got the Beef Bulgogi and a Chicken Egg Roll. The beef was good and tender. The broth and flavor was superb. It lingers in your mouth so you can savor the flavor! Lol The glass noodles were well cooked and the rice cakes were a nice touch. Even the side of rice was perfectly cooked. They also included some small cups of toppings to mix in if you wish. The egg roll was jam packed with goodness and not greasy at all. It came with a packet of Sweet Chili Sauce. The staff was friendly and prompt to take my order. I Sat and waited for my order and was brought out to me as soon as it was done. In the bag was also cutlery, chopsticks, and napkins. A+ Experience! Also I should note, this is inside Saraga International Grocery in the front back corner, left of...

I finally made it to Koshi inside Saraga on Morse Rd today. I had ordered delivery from them once using DoorDash, but I wanted to go there. The guy working the counter was great, very friendly and happy to recommend stuff.

I had been craving ramyun (korean ramen) for about a week now, so that's what I wanted when I went. They have a ramen and kimbap combo for $11. A pretty good price in my opinion.

The ramen was yummy. I loved the soup, I ate almost all of it which is unusual for me unless it's really good. It had a generous amount of fried egg in it too. It was spicy, but not too spicy for me, it was just right. The kimbap was delicious. It had so much flavor.

They don't usually offer side dishes with ramen, but they offered me some to try, and I'm glad they did. I loved the fish cake, potato, onion one the most. Probably one of my favorite banchans that I've ever had. The pickled radish and the corn banchan were also good.

When I had delivery, I had the army stew, which was really good too. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes and support this new...

Had lunch here after grocery shopping next door at Dayou. Gotta say, always convenient to have a small plaza of quick dine-in restaurants connected to a market to go to after shopping. We ordered the Original Red Tteok-Bokki, Pork Cutlet, Beef Sundubu, and a Traditional Kimbap. The rice cake noodles, tofu, and egg in spicy sauce of the Tteok-Bok-Ki matched perfectly. The Pork Cutlet had that crunch coating which made it absolutely splendid. The Beef Sundubu was nostalgic with other Korean restaurants we tried in the past. And lastly, the Traditional Kimbap was a surprise as how light it was which made everything taste perfectly balanced with the spice and cold served Kimbap. All in all, I loved everything we ordered and am definitely willing to return to Koshi. Most likely will order their Ramyeon next time. Recommend for any shoppers at Dayou or within the area. Also, I recommend it if you can...
