It really hurt my soul to give them 1 star but this is absolutely proof of who you employ can make or break you! I use to work in Upper Arlington and went here for wings with my husband often. He is a craft beer guy and enjoys talking about the brews and trying them. We went here 4/12/2019 for his birthday since we haven't been in years! I was excited and couldn't wait to get the apple coleslaw! From the get go our blonde waitress seemed not interested in communication and couldn't carry a conversation on at all. She would just walk away. Now if my husband was talking about the brews with her and she didnt understand then maybe I'd cut her some slack BUT no we were just talking about random things related to the food: perfect example..we knew from the past visits they cook their wings crisper than we like. I tried to ask her if they are still cooked that way her response they are cooked normal and she walked away. We are easy going so we figured ok let it go. She came back and we ordered 20 wings and asked them not to be burnt or extra crispy she did not write a thing down. Each time she came to our table for drinks or anything it was as if we were asking for her to go brew the beer herself! I overheard her explaining to other customers that she was tired and she has to work a double. Well in my opinion maybe she is a better waitress on her normal days but I doubt vary much. We enjoy our wait staff and always tip well no matter where we go! Our wings came out and she sets them down drops our bone bowls on the floor and picks them up dust them off, comments about dropping them on the floor and then sets them on the table right by our food. I get it they are for bones but now they have tumbled on a dirty floor and are by our food. We didnt say anything as we have realized she takes nothing serious. Our wings: ends are burnt and black, they are extra crispy. We decide let's just let her know when we pay. We do NOT want anything taken off our bill we just want to make sure she knows we are unhappy as we know she did not let the kitchen know how to cook them to our liking. We suffered through 10 and just had enough as we go to pay I spoke up. I specifically told her this is exactly how we asked her to let them know how not to cook them. She immediately says do you want them off your bill or something these 10. I say no not at all we decided not to complain earlier and just wanted her to know we took the time and then AWAY SHE WALKED.....I was going to say we took the time to set her and the kitchen up for success with US. We knew how they tend to cook the wings and how we prefer them. Her behavior was unacceptable. We had an awful experience. We were so excited to celebrate my husband's birthday at a place we both enjoyed for lunch.. only to decide we will...

i am a wing NUT. wings are my favorite food, and i've only ever met one sauce i didn't like. so seeing the wing selection here, i knew i had to give it a try. now, being a wing nut, i am of course always keeping my ear on the conversation of "What are the best wings in Columbus?" well, i feel like i don't hear this place mentioned enough in that conversation.

it's obvious they love wings as much as i do. they have specially brined wings that come out of the kitchen incredibly moist. seriously, these are some of the juiciest wings i've EVER had. and they're EXTRA saucy (as God intended) which means every bite is gonna be flavorful. i was most interested in their cockfight sauce, thinking it was going to be some generic challenge buffalo sauce. it most certainly is NOT -- it's a spicy orange/tamarind style sweet and sticky sauce. it's one you don't see on wings often, and it was a huge highlight.

y'all, i think this place is being slept on. between the amazing food, the wonderful and attentive service, and the DOZENS of TVs for watching sports, this place is seriously underrated. if you're looking for classic American sports bar fare from people looking to improve the game as it's being played... come check this place out.

Very disappointed with my experience tonight. I called in an order to go, my 4 year old loves mozzarella sticks and their Bangkok shrimp is amazing. However, the encounter that I had with either the hostess or a server wasn’t great. I arrived around 9:45 and waited at the hostess stand until she approached me, there was no greeting or offer to help. The girl immediately says to me that the kitchen closed at 9:45, I told her that I had already called in an order. She says okay and proceeds to walk back to the kitchen area, I’m waiting at the hostess stand thinking that she is grabbing my order. I wait for about 5-7 minutes, then the bartender asks me if she could help me, I told her I think the girl was grabbing my food, but I had a to go order. The bartender was friendly and asked for my name, she grabbed my food that order that sitting behind the bar area. Then the other girl had walked right past me. The whole time, my food was sitting at the bar. This was my first time calling in an order, so I was unaware that I had to go to the bar to get my food, but the girl was so pressed to tell me the kitchen was closed and didn’t even bother to say I had to go to the bar to retrieve my food.
