Big 10 Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Columbus

I have spent alot of money here since they have been open. I would sit here and drink with friends. Some nights our bills were $500+. What bothers me is how you get treated since you stop coming in for a bit. We gave up because our drinks weren't being made right or our food was just bad. But we decided to try again.

I just went yesterday 7/3. There was maybe less than 20 people with multiple waitresses. The problem I have is it took 20 mins for our pop to get there and when I ordered a beer my food came before it. Our waitress didn't even check on us and our food was wrong. We asked for ranch and never got it. Our waitress never came to see how our food was. So we decided to eat since she didn't care to help. When asking other waitresses for help, they said they were busy and would tell our waitress we needed her. We waited another 15 mins and she never came again. The only time I seen her is when she took our order and gave us our check.

Neither of our burgers were pink. They were over cooked and mine was burnt. My sweet potato fries were undercooked and were mushy. The kid chicken tenders were overcooked and the oil tasted like it was old so it had a slight burnt taste. We had to ask for a refill when we got our check and she had to think about it and said "uhm sure i guess you can". Then when it came to a refill on beer i had to wait 15 mins. When it came we were ready to leave. I took one drink and it tasted like strong chemical. Didnt taste like beer with bloody mary mixer.

I asked for the check and told her I would not be paying for this 2nd beer. It was undrank other than the sip I took. The manager didnt want to comp it and wanted to give me another. We were tired of waiting and wanted to leave. I let them have it then and told her about our issues and how we could never find our waitress. All I was told was "I'm sorry yeah everything's just been kinda bad here lately".

I have had so many issues when it comes to this restaurant. I have been served undercooked raw bloody wings, burnt steak when asked for rare. Overcooked cheese curds where its just a breaded shell. Ridiculous wait times that can exceed a hour even when nobody is there. So many times they have messed up just a beer with bloody mary mix. They've messed up so many mixed drinks. But it seems to never be their fault.... funny.

Me and about 15 others that I come here with occassionally will not be doing business here again. From the treatment you get from servers and even the owners is unexceptable. Admit when something is wrong and do your best to fix it. But apparently that doesnt apply here. It's a shame because they...

Walked in to a sign that stated to seat myself, then proceeded to wait +15 minutes before someone came to take my drink order. They are Pepsi products. I ordered a diet and a water, only got the diet. I ordered 12 wings to try two different sauces. Spicy BBQ and Daytona. For the main course I ordered the Atlantic Salmon with two sides. Grilled vegetables, and hush puppies were my selections.

The waitress informed me that the salmon comes with lemon pepper seasoning, but I had the option of adding a teriyaki or chili glaze for extra flavor, I decided against it. Fish was good, the vegetables were a little over seasoned, but still not bad. The wings were decent size, so you definitely get your money's worth. The sauces I picked were mild, the spicy BBQ was a little disappointing as it could have had a little more kick, but still had food flavor overall. And the Daytona had good flavor as well, not spicy at all, so a good pick if you are trying to stay...

We've come here a few times and the food is usually pretty good. This time we ordered some wings to start, and they came out in less than 2 minutes and they were still frozen in the middle. They remade them and still were not hot, barely warm. The cheese curds we got were great. The white cheddar mac i ordered tasted like old mac and cheese thats been sitting, wasnt creamy at all. My husband said his philly was pretty bland, that the meat needed more flavor. We had about 4 flies bothering us so much at our table. I undestand that flies will come when its hot, but we had so many it was barely bareable to eat because we were constantly waving them away. I would suggest investing in a bug zapper in the first doors you walk in to maybe help with some of them. Our Waitress was great and on top of things. For spending close to $100, I feel things could have been better. Not sure if we will be back...
