If I could give 0 stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT order through BFH. I work at a restaurant that they have decided to add to their website. We did NOT AGREE to be on their site. Their prices are insane. We get calls from customers complaining to us about THEIR prices because customers think we set the prices. After having multiple complaints to us at the restaurant over BFH we called them ourselves to complain and they cussed out my boss. literally the worst people work there, they are unprofessional and insanely disrespectful. We have tried to get our restaurant removed from their site and they won’t even answer their emails. HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY.

We have blocked all their phone numbers, they keep calling to place orders. They will call on different numbers when they can’t get through. We refuse to take any of their orders.

A customer reached out to us this week after they couldn’t place their order through BFH and I had to explain to them that BFH is not affiliated with our restaurant. We delivered to her with our own delivery the price for her exact same order through BFH was $45! The price for us to send it to her with delivery fee was only $22…literally DOUBLE the price. Ordered raising canes through Google, placed with Buckeye FoodHub at 11:12 AM, called the number on the order at 11:50 AM as the order had not even switched to preparing.

The person on the phone advised me that for some reason they had chosen to use a Cane's store that didn't open til 12PM but assured me the driver was at the store waiting for it to open, I said OK. Called back at 12:30 as it still wasn't preparing, the rep said that the driver was in line. Told the person there's no way he had been in line for 30 minutes as I've seen busy lines at that place take no more than 15.

Person shifted stories, said the driver left and had to come back to the store and was now in line. I asked for an updated timeframe of delivery, just a good solid window, person refused to provide it. At this point it had been over an hour and 15 minutes since I placed the order. The person refunded me.

I wish I could give this place a lower rating than one star! I ordered Pizza Hut and they used them to deliver my food (October 2nd). My food was 45 minutes past the 40 minute delivery time listed. Not only was the food cold, but the the dessert was wrong (I received brownies instead of a large chocolate chip cookie). I always give a larger tip because I feel bad for delivery drivers. This driver was rude and I had actually regretted giving a larger tip. The worst part of everything is, I have been calling the company since the incident ... ALWAYS get recording stating "You are caller #1" then nothing but music (for about 20 minutes) until you are directed to leave a message, for them to call you back.
