Hi, Tonight myself and 9 other co-workers ordered online from your company for delivery. We are all nurses and work in an inpatient hospital, close to this location. When we placed our online order we put every persons name in the comment box after each order was placed. We did this so that we didn't have to rummage through everyone's container and touch everyone's food, since that's very unsanitary. After our ordered was placed, I called the location to follow up and ask if they could label all of our orders with the names we submitted next to our orders. The employee I talked to understood why we wanted this and then asked the manager if she could label the food items. I was put on a brief hold and the employee came back and said she could not label our food items per her manager. I asked why and she said "because we do not have a marker". I then asked to speak to her manager. The employee put the manager on and I explained the situation to the manager. The manager then explained to me 4 different reasons of why they couldn't label our food. She proceeded with "1, we don't have tape", "2, we have no marker to write with", "3...."..."4...". When the manager got to her verbalized 4th reason, I asked her to stop and told her "it was very rude how she was talking to me". I had a very hard time believing that this fast food restaurant had no writing implements. I explained why don't you take one of your paper napkins and use a pen to write the persons name on it and put it in each container. The manager was super resistant to this idea and it took a lot of convincing to have her do this. After 10 minutes on the phone, the manager finally agreed to do this. This was the most ridiculous thing I've had to experience. It is not hard to label food products going to a hospital for 10 different people, especially to a Medical ICU floor. We didn't want to put our hands on everyone else's food; especially after COVID. This occurred on the night of 5/18 at 10:42 pm at the Upper Arlington location in Columbus. Highly turned off by this experience with Wings Over.
Side note- We never got a large order and regular order of...
Read moreWe used to order our wings from here all the time and the food and delivery service was excellent... That was then, this is now.... It started last year when we placed a delivery order and the food took over an hour to arrive, mind you, we live .5 Mike from there, showed up cold and the yet was wrong. The manager at the time made it right by sending our order to us again and the food was hot.... Decided we weren't going to order from them ever again... Until today, we decided to see if they had returned to the place we used to love as far as their food and delivery. We ordered 4 grilled chicken wings with honey BBQ dipping sauce and a side of ranch, 6 regular wings and garlic parmesan tots.... After 50 minutes I called the store, now remember we're a half a mile from them, the guy that answered said the order was out for delivery and would be there in 10 minutes...I think he forgot about the tracker, because after I hung up with him, the chicken popped up on my phone and the order was still at the store, so I'm thinking atleast it won't be cold....WRONG! Followed the driver on the app, he went the wrong direction or if their parking lot, did a u turn, got to my street and turned down a crossroad 2 houses down from me, he must of had to turn around again because he was back up to the main road ( I live on a main road in UA) and barely pulled into our driveway, gave us our food... Get inside and open up the bag, totally muffed up the order! Instead of grilled wings, I got breaded, regular tater tots- not garlic parmesan as ordered, and no ranch dressing.... Wings were luke warm at best and the tots? Totally cold and disgusting! So that's my second chance $34 order from this place that we'll never ever ever order from again... Fool me once, fool me twice, but NEVER again.... Just so disappointing because they were our go to wings place, not anymore! Oh, and I will be sharing my experience on other social platforms because folks need to be aware that they don't care...
Read moreNormally great company that I have never had problems with. My most recent order they over charged me $125. I called in the order 9/2 for 16 wings large waffle fries and large tater tots. The person taking the order struggled and seemed to not know what he was doing (he hung up without asking for deliver address so I had to call back). When the order arrived the driver asks me to select a total on his cracked phone. I selected 20%. Immediately after opening the bag I realized that this was too much food. I saw they had given us 82 wings with flavors I never ordered. I ran out to chase down the delivery driver and he kept driving. I called Wings Over and they told me the kid who answered doesn't normally answer the phone and she said he added things to my account by mistake. I offered to drive the wings back and she said no you should keep them it was our mistake. She explained I would be refunded. An hour later I called to check on the status of the refund she explained that the money overcharged was too great for her to approve but it was on the district managers desk to approve with my number to call on Tuesday (because of Labor Day). She said to expect refund in 5-7 days. I waited the 7 days and called in because I had not received the refund. This time the manager explained the order was not eligible for refund and I could only get store credit. I explained I was visiting Columbus and do not live there so store credit is worthless to me. It was not my fault the store admittedly overcharged me.She explained she would have the district manager call me when available. It has now been 2 weeks I called again today and I was told a manager is not available but have received nether a refund nor...
